Superb Flat, 2min from the beach (Catalans, Pharo)

Luminous flat of 50m², in between the parc Pharo and the Catalans beach; equipped with a comfortable balcony and vegetation all around. You will appreciate the location being near all commodities and walking distance from the sea. Bus, supermarket, bakery and cultural places. Ideal to walk around, my apartment is 2 mins away from the beach (which you can see from the window) with a direct access to Corniche Kennedy. 10 mins away from the old harbour. Atmosphere suits couples and families.

Perched on the 11th floor, it has an unobstructed view of Notre Dame de la Garde, the roofs of Endoume, mountains in the distance and a small sea view.
