Our 2 story Cottage is located on a beautiful lot in a quiet wooded neighborhood about 12 min from downtown Victoria & only 5 min from Coleto lake & Raisin L Ranch. It's situated at the end of a cul de sac, next to a wooded area home to lots of wildlife. Our Farmhouse inspired, 3bd/2ba home is so cozy & comfy with a fully stocked kitchen, large entertainment room & full laundry. The backyard has a BBQ pit and a Firepit. Wi-Fi available. The cottage is lovely, but the wildlife is truly amazing!

Small town coastal vibes. It’s only 3 blocks to the pier and 9 blocks to the marina. We have plenty of room to park & wash boats on our two concrete drives w/ a hose. Our Internet is 100x100 and there are 3 TVs ready to stream. The deck looks right at San Antonio Bay and a tree shades it in the afternoon.

Includes three Smart Cast TV’s for entertainment, high speed internet, toaster, microwave and a Keurig coffee machine (pods not included). A washer and dryer is also on site for your convenience. Fenced in back yard for dogs! For those with boats, there is an easy access pull through driveway. We are located only blocks from the local boat ramp!
