Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Pitkin County

We stayed here with our friends over New Years and WOW!! What an amazing location! We felt like we were headed over the river and through the woods to a magical storybook cabin. And we were right! Andy and Kate were awesome to communicate with during, beforehand, and afterward. Everything was clean, nice sheets, big Sonos speaker, nice big beautiful table and chairs, lovey hot tub and sauna. Do yourself a favor and book this cabin!! We will be back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space even more! Thank you Andy and Kate.

Stunning. Absolutely stunning in every way. I am a highly discerning traveler and I really appreciate a beautiful space. The beds/bedding, kitchen amenities (I love to cook) and common spaces exceeded all expectations. We had the most magical Christmas, and the valley is magnificent and magical. We enjoyed quiet time at the cabin and traveling to Snowmass to ski was a joy because of the breathtaking journey there! The space was decorated with intention that we truly appreciated every detail. This condo was beautiful! Super close to snow mass& can take an easy free bus ride to the mountain & to downtown aspen. JD was an awesome host— so responsive and kind. An overall great spot in aspen/ snowmass!

Beautiful place, private and we enjoyed the quiet and elk greeting us each morning on the porch. Super quick to get to all your ski and hiking spots. Minutes to great dining and grocery stores. David was an awesome host. We will love to go back!

It was a bit difficult to get there, because taxis don't go to that area because it's a bit far from the city. I would recommend renting a car like we did... the place is divine, the house is very nice, everything is clean and organized. We had an amazing time, one of the best vacations of my life without a doubt, my friends and little sister were also very happy... it was perfect, thanks Boutique Mountain...

Super cute place- exactly as pictures and listing described. Kevin was very responsive, available but not intrusive. It's very difficult to find a place that will accept three dogs. The place was clean and inviting. There were no tell tale signs that other pets had been there. The furniture was fur free, linens were clean, yard was spotless. The property is truly a doggie heaven. The resident pups and goats were very good natured and tolerant of our highly inquisitive malamutes. Groceries, hiking and restaurants are a short drive away. It was truly a great experience to vacation with our dogs. Kevin had plenty of suggestions for us. The house is bright, sunny and very private. We will absolutely be returning if the goats will put up with us. Plenty of little homey touches from the welcome wine to music playing when we arrived. We had an amazing getaway.

Stanley’s place was clean, in a beautiful location (lots of deers in the yard!), and the pictures accurately represented the place. Our host provided easy instructions to get in the house and was well stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was in a great location. 20 min walk or 5 min drive to town. Lyndsey was great at communicating and very accommodating. We had two couples stay for a wedding and it was a great crash pad for the occasion. It is a lower unit with a family above so we did hear the occasional footsteps above, but for the relative price and our purpose it was great. Thank you Lyndsey!

The only small and I mean small complaint I would have about the entire place. Is that the heater/furnace was very loud when it turned on. If you are a very light sleeper, I don’t know if I would recommend this place. Otherwise I think it was an amazing place and better than what the pictures show.

Amazing location. Walkable from great restaurants and silver queen gondola. Perfect sleeping arrangement for a couple with 2 kids (1 bedroom had king bed while other one had 2 twins). Everything was perfect and would love to come back again!

Fabulous stay and location! I will definitely stay here again when in Aspen which says a lot to me. Jennifer had the place stocked and clean, fresh and nicely decorated. The condo was close to the in town skiing or bus system to get to the other 3 ski areas in Aspen. The grocery store was a very quick walk as were many great restaurants and shopping. You don’t even need a car when visiting - we just parked and left the car for 4 days.

The location is perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is great. David was very proactive and helpful. I’ll be back again and again.

Wonderful stay! Super clean, very comfy beds, pillows and linens. High end, quality everything. Margot was super responsive and friendly. Great location super close to the lift. The snow was melted by time we arrived so we were unable to ski in/out but it was just a short walk across the bridge to the Assay Hill lift. It is a short walk to Snowmass Village if you want to stretch your legs. There is a shuttle stop right outside the building but we opted to walk down to the main road stop (Brush Creek/Faraway Rd) to catch the buses to Aspen, Highlands and Buttermilk. It made for less wait time. Highly recommend a stay here!

Great location. We never used our car once we got there. The free shuttle was fabulous they dropped us off right at the gondola at Ajax and picked us up, we walked the 3 blocks each night to dinner in town which was fabulous. Bathtub was nice and big with plenty of hot water and my husband enjoyed the hot tub numerous times. Bed was comfy. Thanks Daniel!

We had a great stay at Kara's place. It is in an excellent location—1 minute to the ski/town bus. Also, it is perfectly walkable to town in the evening without ski equipment. Two good-sized rooms and a lovely living area. The well-stocked kitchen made us feel right at home. The host was friendly and helpful. Fabulous views and overall I highly recommend it!
