Newly built guest cottage (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linens, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå center (2km), hospital, Nolia, several of the football fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at the Storted. The cottage is equipped with wifi, smart TV, washing machine and AC. Two people can sleep in a sofa bed (140 cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private terrace with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, it is possible to connect to electric motor heater.

Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio.
