Newly built guest cottage (2021) of 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included. Walking distance to Piteå center (2km), hospital, Nolia, several of the football fields at Piteå Summer Games and swimming at the Storted. The cottage is equipped with wifi, smart TV, washing machine and AC. Two people can sleep in sofa bed (140cm wide), two in the sleeping loft. Private patio with sun most of the day. Parking is shared with the host family. In winter, it is possible to connect to electric motor heater.

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace" with many windows has a private wood-burning stove that both heats and creates a completely private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to private patio. The shower is out in the wood fired sauna carriage. 520 SEK/night/1 person , then 190 SEK/night for each additional guest

Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!

This house is located very close to most things you need such as restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, bathhouse and some small shops. By bus, car or bicycle you can get to the center of Piteå very easy. Only a stone's throw away there is the historically part of the church and the old church town. Within 350 meters there is a restaurant called Paltzerian were you can find the famous Palt which is a local delicacy.
