My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment). The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom. Hot water, wifi, smart TV with Netflix. POOL is AVAILABLE.

Elise was an amazing host. Alex was incredibly helpful as well. This view is even better than the pictures. The beach wasn’t overcrowded at all. It was fun playing in the waves on this part of the beach. So many restaurants to choose from that are in walking distance. The Puerto Rican rum shot in the fridge was such a nice touch. I will definitely be back one day soon :)

Alvy, was a great host, she answers immediately if needed and the property is very convenient for all needs beach, stores nightlife etc.

Went out there for a vacation wit my bestfriend and my kids and it was so welcoming jacqueline was so helpful through ecerything and so nice she provided everythung we needed it felt just like home it was so clean and cozzy and peaceful it was quiet noone bothers you and so close to the beach you could walk and there was everything close it was so beautiful and a great stay we loved it would definetly recommend staying there would definetly stay again❤️

I have to say that this air bnb has been such a pleasure to stay at. The pool and the outside area was definitely the highlight for me and my family. I go to Puerto Rico every year to celebrate my birthday and my family and I had so much fun in the outdoor area. The pool had lights for night time fun and was very clean and pristine. There was a lighted gazebo area for us to play dominoes and hang out at. The house was clean and smelled great! My mom fell in love with the little neighborhood kitty that came around to hang out with us. The neighborhood was quiet and felt super safe. There are so many close food spots. Please visit the Cafeteria Pimentel and El Verde in Rio Grande! Very enticing great food in both places. Honestly I could keep going on and on about this air bnb and the area.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 1st half of our trip and have to say we loved the location. The views and ocean breezes every night were amazinng. Security was always very friendly and helpful, making us feel very safe the entire time. Would definitely recommend. Although stayiing on the 19th floor is incredible, just be aware the elevators stilllll do not stop at odd #floors.
