Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Pitahaya

Mary Jane’s home went above and beyond what we expected. I’ve never stayed in a more complete home. There was absolutely nothing missing, in fact it had everything we didn’t even think of bringing. This is my new home every time I visit Puerto Rico

Nuestra estancia fue muy placentera, la propiedad está en las condiciones tal cual se describe al momento de la reservación, la cocina está muy bien equipada, los aires acondicionados trabajan súper bien, la ubicación es muy accesible, nos gustó que estamos cercas de la playa y los Kioskos, tiene las comodidades necesarias si viajas con niños, totalmente recomendado para familias!!

We loved staying in this beautiful, super clean home. We loved starting our morning on the patio listening to all of the sounds of nature. It was the perfect ending to our day as well. We were fairly close to the beaches, El Yunque, great restaurants, and stores. Jennifer was so fast to respond to any inquiries we had. We couldn’t have asked for more. We would go back in a heartbeat! A wonderful experience!

Our family had the most amazing stay in Luquillo! The location, landscaping, and views were absolutely breathtaking. We spent the majority of our time enjoying the outdoor area, where we grilled, swam, and soaked in the beauty of the surrounding scenery. The home was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of eight and was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay. Rosa, our host, was incredibly friendly and responsive to any questions or needs that arose. Her attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable. We created so many wonderful memories during our stay, and I would absolutely return in the future. This was truly a getaway to remember!

We enjoyed our stay here and felt very safe in the neighborhood. If you are traveling with young kids, the house is perfect - they had a pack and play set up (I asked ahead of time), and they also have a kids table, kids plates/cups, and some toys. It was the perfect amount of space for our family (there were 8 of us in total). We loved being a short drive away from the beach and kiosks. One tip (unrelated to the home) - if you are visiting El Yunque, check your GPS route before driving to make sure it takes you on to Route 3 first. Our GPS took us through back roads only, which were VERY narrow (for 2 way traffic) and were nerve wracking to drive through if you’re not used to that. Going back home, we took Route 3 and felt much more confident taking those roads. Again, nothing to do with the house itself (house was great!), just a heads up regarding driving directions if you’re headed to the rainforest.

David’s place was actually amazing, everything was exactly how he described it and also the pictures are accurate. It was a cozy home for sure, 8 min drive to Walmart and very close to the beach. He had all the kitchen utensils needed. And all bathroom necessities. There’s ac all over the house, there were beach accessories as well. All in all this experience was amazing would stay here again! Also the shower pressure was really good.

If the words Tranquillity, Rest and Peace don’t appeal to you, don’t stay here. For us, this was our 2nd visit to Ladera Retreat. And, as long as we make it back to the island I’m confident it won’t be our last! Val and Ed really have really outdone themselves with this property. Not only is the location beautiful to look at, the sounds of the coqui’s and birds are beautiful to hear. The property was spotless, comfortable and enjoyed by all. In addition to the more common amenities one might find at an AirB&B, Val and Ed have provided beach chairs. Towels, board games and even sand toys for the kids (so considerate). My family had an amazing vacation here! Thanks Val and Ed. PS. Ask Val about touring the farm when you are there! For a small fee we received an educational tour and were taught about native plants and sustainable farming, we fed chickens and turkeys and sampled so many fruits (including cocoa) from their bounty!

Xaimarie is a great host ! She was very nice,helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Wonderful location for those seeking true Puerto Rican culture. Luquillo was amazing and has so much to offer. El Yunque is close bye and a must do if your into adventure and nature. The rain forest is truly amazing and so much fun !!! A big variety of local restaurants “ the food omg” the food alone is enough to come back for. Luquillo also has several of relaxing and fun beaches to fit whatever vibe you’re looking for and all have beautiful views ! My family and I had such a great time here and looking forward to coming back to PR 🇵🇷

Loved the stay. A group of 6 stayed in Joanne’s place and let’s just say we had an amazing time. Any issues or concern I always had a response right away . Perfect area right by the beach and restaurants. We had a lot of supplies like shampoo and conditioner and towels and beach supplies given to us .Definitely going to book again.

Had an amazing stay! Was kept very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the ocean view was absolutely amazing. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and anything you could think of was provided. Host was super friendly and helpful! 100% would recommend

This place was awesome! If you looking for an outside experience this is it! Host was great and responsive. Outside shower and hot tub was amazing! Would definitely come back here. Issac is the man!

As this was my first Air BnB experience, it was fantastic thanks to Carlos's great communication before and during the trip. Clean place, nicely accessorized kitchen. I would highly recommend as its extremely close to the beach. I cant comment on local restaurants as I did not partake there, but the island is known for the cuisine.

We had a delightful stay at this home! Charming decor, very clean, awesome location. I would highly recommend.

Unterkunft direkt am Meer. Morgens mit dem Rauschen der Wellen aufzuwachen war einfach toll! Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein eigenes Bad, so dass es nicht zum Stau gekommen ist. Die Betten waren sehr weich. Auf Nachfrage durften wir schon etwas früher in die Unterkunft.

My fiancé and I stayed 2 weeks here and it was amazing! The condo is so comfortable and had everything we needed!! We made lunches in the kitchen and walked into town for dinner ( we tried it all and it was all so good!! ) the hammock was a major plus to add to relaxation and we slept so easy to sounds of the ocean ! As far as the building itself it’s older and a little tired ( part of being so close to the ocean and going through extreme weather I’d suppose) but there are people constantly working to take care of it best they can , sweeping and mopping common areas , Painting, they even got a new elevator while we were there! We felt safe and happy and could feel the love the locals have for their home and land . The people were all friendly and the view from the patio is beyond words, endless ocean and the Reserve close by kept us out there most of the time just marveling!! Add the miles of walkable beach in, and this place literally offers it all!!!! Can’t wait to come back!

This place was great. All of the amenities listed were as described. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. The days we were there we had some clouds and rain therefore the pool felt a bit cold and the jacuzzi did not have hot water. This is more on the maintenance of the building i belive not the host. It would have been nice but the view made up for it 1000%. The apartment was nice, had plenty of room, beautiful kitchen, really nice balcony to enjoy the views and amazing breeze. PR lost power for several hours and Tania reached out to us immediately to give us additional instructions to navigate the situation. Luckily, the complex has generators so literally other than a quick flicker of the lights its all we noticed. Everything worked in the apartment as if nothing was happening. This was a PLUS! The apartment has everything you need to stay in or to go out from chairs, coolers, toys for the beach or pool! Really loved our stay. Great location to everything you need to do in PR.

Alfredo's condo is in a great location in Luquillo- walkable to restaurants and on a lovely private beach. The condo is also clean, well appointed and has many nice touches. Unfortunately, there was a power outage during our stay, but Alfredo was very quick to communicate and responsive to our situation.

We had a great stay! I came with my husband and 2 adult children for a wedding in Rio Grande and staying at Yohany’s place was just right. It was about 45min. from the San Juan airport, close to the wedding venue and easy access to highway 3 which took you to many restaurants, local towns, beaches, rainforest and more. We came the day of the massive blackout but Yohany communicated and reassured us through text that the place had electricity because the condo complex had generators. She also called later that night to make sure all was ok. Her place was just as stated. My family and I were very happy with the accommodations. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean and organized. There was a beautiful view from living room and master bedroom. The pool area was also a plus as well as the elevator. I had knee replacement surgery a few months before so the elevator came in handy. I would surely stay here again. I highly recommend.Thank-you Yohany for being a great host

Un hermoso lugar para disfrutar en familia. El balcón es el mejor espacio del apartamento y todo está limpio y organizado. Tiene muchos lugares de diversión al rededor y es céntrico. Lo recomiendo 100%

What more can I say besides THE VIEW 😍. Idalia provided everything you could need from the outdoor seating and hammock, to condiments if you wanted to cook. This place is a 10/10 and I would book it one hundred times over!!

The place was very beautiful and clean. Everything was near; Los Kiosks, where you have lots of food and drink options. Lots to do on the property, my husband and I spent hours at the pool enjoying the weather and view. Fajardo is in a 20 min radius and San Juan is 40 min. This helps find something interesting to do every day. Highly recommended!!
