Outdoor unheated Pool, round Kiddie pool at the condo, open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Newer pay washers/dryers in condo laundry room, gated condo; 24 hour 7 days a week security guards.

The condo is located in front of the beach and Northeast Ecological Corridor, a natural reserve to the turtles. My apartment is on the second floor (the height create a view like a seven floor apartment). The apartment was recently renovated: it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 2 new mini splits, new kitchen, laundry, appliances, furniture and many other facilities. The main bedroom has its modern private bathroom. Hot water, wifi, smart TV with Netflix. POOL is AVAILABLE.
