Beachfront vacation rentals in Pitahaya

Carmen and Martin are wonderful and caring hosts. They communicated before our stay and were here to greet us upon our arrival which we appreciated because not all hosts do that. They addressed any concerns during our nearly month stay immediately. Carmen and Martin ensured that they prepared for our needs before our stay including buying a crockpot just for me. They made us feel like family. This condo has the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets. Being across Playa Azul was the most amazing experience. This neighborhood has everything you need including restaurants, supermarket, entertainment, bank, pharmacy, easy highway access, you name it. We will come back soon. We feel like this is our home away from home and made many wonderful memories here. We highly recommend this place and these excellent hosts.

Our stay was lovely. The house was perfect for our family of 5, and it was full of amenities. It had all the extras to make a very comfortable stay and was stocked with coffee and kitchen items which was appreciated! The beach access gate is right there, a few houses away. The pool is a couple streets over, but just a few minute walk. We really enjoyed both, as well as the area being quiet and not crowded. The host was super responsive for a few issues we came across. We rarely return to the same place twice, but would stay here again in an instant!

We had a great stay! Katiana's place was a short walk to the beach. There was a GREAT little bakery (Panderri) just 3 mins walk down the street and around the corner. We appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms, and having a washer/dryer was wonderful. Super convenient to the beach and El Yunque. Hope we can come back soon!

We loved Gabriel’s place. The views of the ocean were amazing, the place was just steps from the beach, from the kiosks in Luquillo, and from other great restaurants in Luquillo. Parking was easy, the apartment was clean, it all felt very safe, and Gabriel was a very helpful and communicative host! We’d definitely recommend!

Luquillo and the area around sandy hills has been clearly affected by the hurricanes and is still recovering. Please do not let this hinder your decision to stay here. However, it is important to note that if you are renting a vehicle during your stay, you may not be able to park it within the gated area of the property as the parking spot for this unit is occupied. After some confusion due to not being fluent Spanish speaker we were able to work with security who helped us find a place to park during our stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and our hosts were great and responsive.

This was a wonderful trip for our family. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos - directly across from a perfect beach with sand, grass, shade, and warm clear water. We reached out for help finding the house, just because our navigation didn't work that well until we had the GPS coordinates. Alex and Mara helped us with any questions we had. The house had plenty of beach chairs and even beach toys for kids, however our teenagers did not use them. The front and back porches at the house were great to use on the one day we had rain - we could still be outside enjoying the view without getting wet. We loved walking around the little neighborhood for coffee, drinks, ice cream, and music in the square. There are a few restaurants and we were also able to cook at the house. We found everyone in the neighborhood to be friendly. So many families enjoying the beach and relaxing. We would love to go back.

Great apartment and amazing ocean view. The beach right outside the building is very calm, with warm shallow water. It was perfect for our 1 year old. The building blocks the sun and causes a shadow across half the beach in the afternoon (in March) which was a nice break from the sun. There’s only a few places within a short walk, so definitely check those out in advance or plan to drive everywhere.

Updated house with all the facilities that a family would need. It’s close to most attractions and eateries.We enjoyed our stay.

Lily was a great host. The apartment was clean with a lovely, unobstructed sunrise view over the ocean from the 15th floor. It’s a quick walk from downtown Loquillo. The security staff on-site were super friendly and helpful, too! The building itself is in need of extensive repairs. Only one of the two elevators worked and it was dodgy. The balcony railing is rusted through at key structural points. A new elevator was being installed in the shaft that was not in service. Hopefully the railing will be addressed soon, as well.

Incredible ocean view. Place was very clean and spacious. First time arrivals, be sure to follow instructions to access stairs/elevators but easy enough once you do. Quiet building, it is older, but apartment is as shown and well maintained. Great direct beach access behind building. Can also walk along beach to restaurants. Not quite walkable to kiosks but an easy short drive. Worth it for the views and beach access.

This place was fantastic. Gorgeous beach views, and within walking distance to various coffee shops, dining, more beach, and shopping. Once you get the hang on the roads and the building, it’s pretty seamless and a really great spot. The condo was clean, matched the photos and was beautiful. It contained thoughtful touches like beach chairs, towels, a little cooler and all needing cookware. Being able to do a load of laundry is awesome. Highly recommend!

Mark was a very friendly and accommodating host. His place was well stocked with everything you could possibly need for the beach and pool! Place was clean and in a great location. The building could use some updating (not Mark's fault). And I would say if you're scared of heights, this probably isn't the condo for you. But if you're not, what a view!

We stayed here for a couple nights and the first night when we arrived we noticed the bathroom not fully cleaned and some stains on the bedsheets. I told the host and he immediately made arrangements for them to come the next morning to clean. The cleaning people arrived on time and was very helpful in meeting our needs. Other than that, the place was great with an AMAZING view from the porch. The breeze was amazing also. The building inside and outside is very outdated and looks creepy but the apt itself is great! I would recommend if you’re looking for a private peaceful stay. The property is secured which makes you feel safe as well.

Everything was great! The building, I felt secure. The parking spot was a huge help. The apartment was super clean and nice. And the view from the room was beautiful! Loved the placed and it’s right infront of the beach, which I loved!

The condo is as advertised. The view from the balcony is awesome. The condo is indeed steps from the beach. The condo building complex is ok. The elevators are temperamental and only one was in service the whole 10 days that we were there. The condo is close to El Yunque, Fajardo, and the Kiosk shops and restaurants. It’s about 45 mins from San Juan and the airport. So fairly convenient if you have a car and are able and willing to drive while on vacation. The community is gated and has a guard on duty 24/7 so getting in and out is not an issue. The condo felt a little smaller than the pictures, especially the kitchen, but that is probably because we are used to bigger spaces in the Midwest. All in all a great place to spend your vacation.

Had an amazing stay! Was kept very clean, beds were very comfortable, and the ocean view was absolutely amazing. There were plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and anything you could think of was provided. Host was super friendly and helpful! 100% would recommend

We had a great time! This place is right on the water if you love surfing / boogie boarding and there are good waves. You can walk right out the backdoor, down the stairs and be in the water. We watched a local surf competition there too. Super fun!

This spot felt so boujee and upscale without a boujee price tag! We loved the wide openness of the space and the ultra cozy beds and blankets. There were a bunch of extra beach items available like a beach blanket, sand toys, pool noodles, and more. We definitely appreciated the beach blanket! The kitchen had quite a few staples available like coffee, sugar, hot sauce, etc. The air conditioning was cold and the outdoor space was lovely. This was such a delightful spot for my daughter and I to enjoy together.

great stay,elevators off and on,but the whole island was without power.other than that, everything was great

We enjoyed our stayed at Pemela’s place, the view was amazing, the room was just what we needed it, nothing fancy just a bed, chairs, dinner table, etc everything you need to survive a week or more. The location has a lot of things to do and of course the beach is just a few steps away (more than a few to be honest), be ready to climb stairs, we didn’t mind it because the view was more than I can describe, sleeping with the balcony door open and listening to the ocean was worth every step we took, plus we got a little bit activity after eating all the good food. Overall we had a great week and were sad to leave, but we’re already planning to go back soon. Luquillo is a nice place to stay, a lot of stuff to do, Luquillo food kiosks are the best. We can honestly say we didn’t have one bad/rude interaction the whole week we were in PR .. SIDE NOTE: don’t forget to stop at the little bar before you get to the gate, not sure if they sell food all day but the beers are only $2..

Quel excellent séjour nous avons passé! Anderson est un hôte exceptionnel! On sent dès les premiers contacts avec lui que son dévouement est largement supérieur aux expériences habituelles. Nous avons grandement apprécié toutes les belles attentions comme les articles de plage, le chasse-moustique et la crème solaire. La vue est exceptionnelle à partir du balcon. Nous avons aussi trouvé l'endroit hautement sécurisé pour y stationner la voiture de location. Le lit était confortable et l'endroit paradisiaque. Nous recommandons chaudement cet endroit et le remercions de son accueil exceptionnel!

Amazing stay. Lovely town and community. Very relaxing, great airbnb, and awesome host. 5 star and I’d love to come back again.

Danielle’s unit was beautiful with amazing views of the ocean. Getting to it was a bit questionable, the immediate neighborhood was not as polished as her place. The unit was beautifully decorated and her neighbors were nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we couldn’t stay there due to the elevator being out. However, all four guested said that they were pleased with the unit and her hospitality. Renee Maisonet
