Extremely responsive owners welcomed us with a bottle of wine and provided helpful guidance for our stay. The interior exceeded our expectations. There is virtually nothing that would be missing by tourists for complete recreation . Extremely comfortable bed , cleanliness to glitter throughout . The location is conducive for walking to the old town , along the sea and to the train station for other destinations . Great place for relaxation and memorable experiences . Highly recommend.!

This atypical place blends old charm and functionality to perfection. Our host was always very responsive while remaining discreet. The only downside is the difficulty in finding a parking spot (but as in any big city). I recommend it for anyone looking for originality for a stay in Puglia.

I never had a great experience with airbnb and this is the first place that gave me the first and the best experience with airbnb. The place is 8-minute walking distance from the old town, but there is a beautiful sea view right in front of the building. The place was absolutely a beauty I wanted to spend more time inside than outside. I am very sensitive with the cleanliness and this place was very clean. Must stay place for anyone visiting the town.

We loved it, great location, lovely apartment, helpful and communicative hosts. Giuseppe was there to greet us and show us around and helpfully sent info about restaurants etc. Francesco so kindly came into Monopoli especially one evening to rescue us when we had locked ourselves out of the apartment, for which we were incredibly grateful. He arrived with a smile and not a word of complaint....customer service at its very best! Thank you.

The location of Maria’s flat is perfect for exploring the old town. Franco was waiting at the train station to pick me up. Maria was very helpful and replied very quickly to all my questions. Thank you.

Amazing place with everything what you need. Very clean, quiet and cozy place with fantastic garden, new furnitures and all accessories. Maria is very helpful with accomodation and useful tips. Definately worth to stay and visit.

We had an amazing stay here! Margherita is a super welcoming and warm person who met us in person and made us fell right at home! The house is spacious, light, clean, incredibly well organised with the best kitchen . The location is central and absolutely comfortable to get around. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Apartment is 7 minutes walk from the Bari Central Train Station which is very convenient. Francesco helped to do a check-in even though I had a late flight. The place had everything you needed for a week's stay. Recommend!

Fantastic vacation in Monopoli in this beautiful casa. You will have everything you need to feel right at home, with extra little details to make you feel special. The terrace with views are gorgeous. We walked everywhere in this lovely town. Our fondest memories will be of the hosts - Rosaria, Guido, daughter Margherita, and Nala/Bianca 🐾 Beautiful people who made us feel like their family, it was very special for us. A beautiful typical apartment… the location is perfect to experience the city of this charming city. The hospitality and cleanliness of the place was impeccable! The roof terrace is a really interesting attraction, if the temperature allows it!

Wonderful stay at Daria's. She was helpful and communicative throughout the stay, and her parents who live next door were very generous and welcoming. Great base for exploring the area.

This place was the final place for our 8 day Puglian trip. This was coastal with a great holiday vibe; perfect to round off our previous 2 places - ancient, historic & the other a rural Trulli retreat. Bari airport was an easy short drive so we had time to grab a coffee & pastry & to buy Italian Easter cakes to take home too. Anemone was perfectly placed for great restaurants and bars, gift and clothes stores. Anything we needed. We also Discovered on our last day how near the train station was so maybe another time we will pop over for a long weekend from Campania. We will be back. Cozy and very bright apartment we were amazed by the beauty of the small things inside; as soon as we entered we immediately felt at home. The sea view from the covered veranda of the "Corallo" room is magnificent. Excellent quality/price. Breakfast was personally served with a wide choice of products and food, impeccable cleanliness, great service, I will definitely be back.

Wow, what a FANTASTIC stay in Monopoli!!! I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and am so glad I chose it. Franco is an amazing host and met me upon arrival, showing me everything I needed to know for the apartment and gave me great recommendations for the area. He was always super repsonsive and you can tell he and his wife put so much love into this home. It had absolutely everything I needed for a long stay and wifi was super fast for remote work (over 200 mgps down/upload). The apartment was clean and in a perfect spot in Monopoli. I could walk around the corner to the main street and there were loads of bars, restaurants, and shops. It's only a couple minutes from the sea. At night, it was plenty quiet and I never had an issue with noise. I stay in a lot of Airbnbs and this is a real gem thanks to Franco and his family. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Monopoli!

We are really satisfied. We found a very large apartment with large spaces that allow walking even for the disabled with the access ramp and with the addition of some handlebars to the bathroom it could be quietly authorized for the disabled rental; very clean; the owner is very kind and helpful. Antonella was very nice, the apartment was nice and in a great location, near a supermarket which was handy. It was also very useful having Air con! We really liked Monopoli and Polignano a Mare. The only Issues we had were the shower, which randomly stopped working and the temperature changed randomly from hot to cold, and also the room only had sheer curtains, so became light as soon as it was light outside, so we couldn’t sleep much in the mornings.
