The cottage is located in the quiet village of Líšnice near the town of Milevsko, Písek district, with a capacity of up to 14 people. There is outdoor seating with garden furniture, partly covered with the possibility of barbecuing (electric grill) and you can relax in the garden. Parking on a fenced property or in front of the house. Peace, countryside, nature, trips, cottage.

Koloděje nad Lužnicí cottage

Our new little house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. We don't have everything you need for a stress-free stay. Quiet location of the garden colony, the proximity of the river, and almost 100% darkness to make your sleep more comfortable. We can rent a canoe, paddle board, or 2 bicycles for free. Evenings can be spent by the fire pit, or by the wide-angle TV for a movie. The stay can also be revived by a record player that reminds you of the old times. In good weather, we rent out our motor boat, which can be driven by anyone. Dogs are welcome.

Chata Zahrádka

We offer for rent a fully equipped recreational building, which is located in a semi-secluded area near the small village of Zahrádka in South Bohemia near the Orlík water reservoir. The entire 3,000 m2 building is enclosed, covered, fenced and is always rented only to one guest at a time. The cottage offers accommodation for 6 people + extra bed. You can sit under a large roofed pergola or by the fireplace. The Jickovický stream flows through the garden and there is a possibility of swimming in your own swimming "biotope" with a diameter of 13 m.

There are a large number of forests in the area that lead to excursions.Chalupa has two gardens with outdoor seating, a sandpit for children, and where raspberries and blueberries grow. A big deal is a historic barn with seating for various celebrations. The cottage is decorated in a retro style with a nice kitchen, three bedrooms and a folding sofa in the living room for two more guests. The renowned Inn u Jiskr is 5 minutes away by car.

Na Vejminku - South Bohemian Building

Embark on exploring South Bohemian nature and true relaxation. With a stay on Vejminku in Ořechovy courtyard, you'll find out that you've got to know the right walnut. Our century-old building has undergone a careful renovation and now provides a romantic retreat not only for couples but also for a family of four. A ladder leads from the kitchen to a duplex open bedroom with two futun beds. The bedroom is located on the ground floor, next to the bathroom. In the dining room there is a large wooden table where you can play board games.

Maringotka under the Dike

We offer for rent a large private and discreet plot with a cozy caravan and a hot tub in seclusion under the dam by the pond, ideal for lovers of peace and nature. The accommodation has a folding bed, outdoor seating, a fireplace and a grill for pleasant evenings. A dry toilet is included. The building is located in a very quiet place without houses and cottages in the vicinity, which ensures maximum privacy and relaxation. The large plot offers the possibility of camping, parking a motorhome or a car with a tent.

The accommodation has plenty of space for a family or a group of 8 people with extra beds (2x cribs - free or 1 large bed - for an additional fee). Expansive garden with fruit trees, fish and vegetable beds. Outdoor patio with grill, seating, sun loungers, sandpit, and fire pit. Parking 1x garage plus 3x within the property. Suitable for cycling, hiking, spa trips, and trips around South Bohemia. Swimming in the Otava River 3 km. There is a shop, a bus station and a family restaurant in the village.

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

Holiday cottage with enclosed courtyard and garden

Quiet accommodation, stone cottage with enclosed yard and garden. Suitable for families with children, including pets. Preserved original vaulted ceilings, solid wood flooring in all rooms. Two terraces and, in bad weather, outdoor barbecuing and a fire under the roof in the renovated barn, and in hot weather, an outdoor shower with water from the well. A playroom is available (also for adults). Possible to use the garden for camping or sleeping alfresco. We are not luxury, we are a cottage fine :-)

The cabin is situated in the very peaceful area with the forests and great nature around. Dobrá Voda is small village with long history and old linden alley. Many turistic and bike lines go through the village. You can spend many days just chilling there and go to the trips around. The cabin is comfortable with all you need for cooking. You can make the fire in firering and there is the grill, too. The WC is inside the cabin and the comfortable solar shower on the garden. Dogs permitted.
