The atmospheric property is modernly equipped, e.g. with an air heat pump and a rain shower. Two 80 cm wide beds can be used separately or combined. You have a cooking corner, a stove, a drying washing machine, a toilet and a wood sauna. The city center is only 2 km away. Perfect for those who appreciate both peace and city life!

Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.

A beautiful island that can be reached by car. There are no other cottages on the private island. Pasture for the horse(s) of guests staying at Kuninkuusravimaja is available for an additional fee. The property can also host peaceful events, such as family celebrations (NO parties, wild bachelor parties, etc.). The terrace of over 100m2 offers magnificent views of Lake Näsijärvi.
