A spacious semi-detached apartment offers space for a larger family or a group of friends. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and three with single beds. The living room has a sofa bed for two. The lush backyard has easy access to illuminated hiking trails and, in winter, to the ski slope. The quiet front yard is for the tenant's own use. There is a parking space in the yard for a couple of cars. The bus stop (TKL) is 200 m away, Tampere city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We can't accommodate animals due to allergies.

Idyllic, over 100-year-old wooden house with yards near the center. 3 fireplaces, a simple sauna in the basement, a modern kitchen and a lush garden in summer. Good connections to the city center, the university and the Nokia Arena, which is about 10 minutes' walk. Ideal for 4-5 people with their own sleeping area, but the house can accommodate up to 10 people. This is a place for you who love the atmosphere of an old house. If you think this is a hotel in the shell of an old house, I recommend choosing a hotel.

The atmospheric property is modernly equipped, e.g. with an air heat pump and a rain shower. Two 80 cm wide beds can be used separately or combined. You have a cooking corner, a stove, a drying washing machine, a toilet and a wood sauna. The city center is only 2 km away. Perfect for those who appreciate both peace and city life!

Unique apartment in old wooden house right next to the city center! There is a 15min walk to the railway station and to the city center. 2km from the Särkänniemi amusement park! Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and very atmospheric sauna! Cozy living room is equipped with 65" smart-TV (free guest Netflix!). This is our home and we rent it when we are away. We do have a cat and a dog so if you are highly allergic this is not a place for you! There are steep stairs to the downstairs.
