Tiuranranta is a large house in Kuru, on the shore of Lake Keihäsjärvi, 50 km from Tampere. Kuru's services (shops, restaurants, etc.) are 1 km away. The fully equipped house has 6 rooms (4 bedrooms, a kitchen, and a foyer) with: 11 beds, 2 extra beds, and 4 sofa bed spaces. Additional mattresses are also available. Beach: shallow and sandy bottom. wooden sauna (8 people), large dock and diving board. A short drive to Himos Ski resort, Isojärvi National Park and Serlachius museums, only 30-65 km. Just 28 minutes for lust.

However, the apartment is located in the center of Kangasala, where all services are within walking distance. Parking is easy, in the spaces reserved for guests. The apartment also has good connections to Tampere, where buses run from near the apartment in about half an hour. By car, the journey takes about 20 minutes.

You will find king size (160cm) beds from both of the two bedrooms and one pull out couch in the living room. Sauna and shower facilities are located at the other end of the villa with direct access to the terraces, jacuzzi and along the wooden path to the pier. Note! My place is an atmospheric old vintage cottage on top of a scenic ridge. You can spend time in your own yard with a terrace and a barbecue canopy. Kitchen, living room and indoor toilet. The outbuilding has a wood-burning sauna with a shower area, there is no separate bathroom. The sauna room has 2 single beds. Running hot water and drains. Heating with air heat pumps + in winter with a pot oven. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and mini oven. Pets are welcome.

Even in the winter you will have a chance to try cold dipping in a lake with a sauna. You will reach Tampere city in 20 minutes by tram. There is no kitchen but the apartment is equipped for making coffee/tea, preparing breakfast and heating up food. A peaceful location on 7th floor. Well suited for remote working and studying.
