Quiet and nice, pleasant high view. Near TAMK university and tram. PLEASE NOTE: bookings are taken only if you introduce well who you are, your group and your trip. Praise from guests: 1-Excellent location! 2-Excellent traffic, tram stop right nearby. It is a really short walk to the hustle and bustle of the city center. 3-It is still a quiet neighborhood and nice views from the balcony. Asunto on raikkaasti pintaremontoitu ja 6. kerroksesta on vehreä näkymä Hämeenpuistoon. Suljettuina ikkunat pitävät hyvin kadun äänet loitolla. Talossa pieni hissi. Asunnossa on moottoroitu parisänky ja vuodesohva (n.120cm), iso televisio, netti, pimennysverhot, tuuletin sekä viilennyslaite. Valoisa hyvin varusteltu keittiö.
