Vacation rentals in Parque das Avencas

Everything corresponds to the listing. The apartment is well equipped, very functional and very comfortable. The wifi is good and there is a great desk and work chair, which I found a very positive point because I had to use it every day. The building is located on an easy access road to Raposo Tavares, with a great restaurant for lunch right next door and bakery and market nearby. Consider that due to the location it is possible to hear the noise of the highway (which occurs in practically all the apartments of this building), which I easily solved with an ear protector that is bought in a pharmacy and was not a problem. Parking is large and practical. Quick and efficient communication with the host. I really enjoyed the stay!

Good location, but there is no parking on site, however they indicated a 24-hour parking lot close to 2 blocks with a good price, we paid 50.00 for 2 days. There are restaurants, bakeries, near the Ainhagabau metro and República that goes to several places, we went to Bras with tranquility. It was worth the stay, yes.

Great stay, very well located and host very requests

The apartment is extremely modern and well equipped, as is the building that it is located, with good location, gym, swimming pool and laundry available. The check-out time provided is a bit uncomfortable (9am), but it is described in the listing and is remembered by the hosts. Good choice for the Pinheiros neighborhood.

I booked Jacira's place for my son and she was wonderfully attentive. It was almost a month of hosting and the place met the needs very well. Jacira was super helpful, nice and that gave me a very great security. We will be back for sure and whenever we need it will be our little house in SP.

From the beginning, Lissa left super helpful instructions/guidelines, such as step-by-step self check-in, spa handling, use and location of utensils, to restaurant recommendations. The place is exactly as shown in the photos, very nice, fragrant, well maintained, they even left a delicious cake to welcome us. It is very safe to leave your pet free, the place is fenced. Plus, Lissa responds promptly to messages. I would definitely go back to Refugio Namaste! 🩷

without words to describe a cozy, clean house organized and without words to talk about the view that has inside the house to the mountains a surreal view,super recommend and I will go again with my companion and dogs in talking about dogs they felt super comfortable. congratulations André for the house 🙏🧘🏻‍♂️

We stayed in the paradise cabin for 4 days and the experience was amazing, starting with the cleanliness and organization of the place, the owner's attention and care is remarkable. Another highlight is the accommodation itself, very beautiful, very quiet and with an excellent view, the cabin is super equipped.
