The apartment is very cozy, organized, clean and well located. The people working in the condominium were very kind to us, and Amanda is an excellent host. It was a great hosting experience in Campos. We intend to return soon.

I really enjoyed staying at João's apartment, who was very attentive during our stay at his home. The house was clean, organized and with everything we needed for a peaceful stay. Basic items, cleaning supplies available. There were even mats in the bathroom and bedroom, which I don't usually find in other places I stay. The location is excellent, with everything close by, bars, restaurants, supermarket, tourist attractions, etc. The building staff are very polite and attentive. I'll be back and will recommend it to friends.

Excellent location (5 min walk from the basilica) we didn't need the car for ANYTHING. It is worth noting that there is no parking on site, so you can leave it in a paid parking lot and forget about the car there (you won't use it). Room with excellent space, very good cleanliness, excellent bathroom and shower and the host responds VERY QUICKLY! It made all the difference, because we had a problem (our fault) with the digital lock, he solved it IMMEDIATELY remotely.

The condominium is beautiful, super quiet, great for rest, has a beautiful back garden to sit in the late afternoon. The place is farther but it is secure and easy to access. I'll come back other times. The flexible and password check in made everything faster and easier.

The house was extremely clean, clean and fragrant linens, packaged duvets. The space is beautiful, functional and cozy. Only one of the bedrooms has air-conditioning, but the others have a fan. Well-equipped kitchen, the only physical problems we observed were some doors/windows that were a little difficult to open, but nothing that hindered the stay. Location very close to Canção Nova, although it is necessary to leave well in advance at peak times, because the traffic in the city is a mess. The host was kind and flexible to our needs, always attended to us and guided us very quickly. I recommend the stay and would definitely stay again.

House full of family memorabilia, the homemade João and super helpful and polite wife. House is old but super clean . Outside wonderful area, we can enjoy very enjoyable moments. Privileged location.

Our stay at Mr Enivaldo's accommodation was great. The house is identical to the photos. Simple but spacious and comfortable. Standout for the balcony and pool, even though I couldn't enjoy the pool my kids played a lot on the balcony swings. We are pleased mto and recommend it. The house is 15 min from CN, very close to Dutra. we will return for sure.

I went with my husband, my in-laws and my sister-in-law to Piquete and we stayed at Claudio's house, he was super nice and really nice people! From messages to support during your stay! Great place for those who want peace, Piquete is beautiful and super quiet! The house is great, we even joked that we didn't want to leave! Apartment in a very good location, comfortable, spacious, clean, and accepts small dogs, my pet was very well accommodated too. Armando was super attentive and helpful, as well as the entire building staff. Wooded surroundings, easy access to the center of Capivari. I hope to be back soon!

Very good stay. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals. Churrasqueira works well. Apto was well cleaned. I thought the furniture and the apt itself would be younger or renovated by the photos I saw on the listing. There are beautiful araucaria on the grounds. Quiet place. Dona Neuza helped us at check in and chek out and everything went smoothly.

Very beautiful and functional space...To get to the condominium it is easy the greater difficulty was to locate the block because there are many blocks and there is no signage on the road inside the condominium. If you need to cook light the basics tbm ( salt, oil). Don't forget the shampoo and soap tbm. Township Toilet Paper have! Fields is indeed an excellent option for those who want to escape the heat and hustle and bustle of large urban centers. We were very attentive host and communication was effective. I recommend the space and hope to return at the next opportunity
