We are renting out our beautiful, restored house. It is in an absolutely secluded location in the forest with a fantastic view. We have a huge plot and garden with a pool for private use. Wi-Fi throughout the house and by the pool. We are 20 km from the border with Tuscany, so our house is perfect as a starting point for excursions to Tuscany, as well as to Umbria. The villa is located at 500 meters above sea-level, at 17 km from Perugia, 20 km from Assisi and 20 km from Gubbio. The panoramic location is very suggestive and quiet. The apartments was recently renewed and is equipped with everything needed for short or long stays. In the large park there are pets, donkeys and peacocks. Perugia airport is only 13 km.
