The apartment is a  no frills place and would fit travellers who are not fussy and would just use the apartment as a place to retire during the night,  depart during the day, and  return again at the end of the day. Location -  a few minutes away from Ayala Mall and Ace Medical Center Legazpi. The apartment is a 5 mins walk from the main road . But if you don't have a car, Ms Jocel would always ensure that you will be able to find your way to and from the apartment. Aircon is cold and the place is furnished. By staying in an Airbnb apartment, tenants would also experience living the place the way locals do. Future tenants should be aware that Albay province would often experience rotating black outs and water disruptions- something that Airbnb hosts do not have control over. Hence if youre fussy about these things, better book in a hotel . Are we recommending Lita's place to future tenants? Yes of course! Are we going to book again in the future? Our family had an incredible stay at this stunning property! The view of Mayon volcano was absolutely breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The host was very responsive and accommodating to all our requests, making our stay hassle-free. The entire house was spotlessly clean, and the pool was crystal clear and well-maintained. Everything in the listing matched the description perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The amenities, cleanliness, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. My family and I enjoyed our stay here, it was very peaceful and quiet. It just really feels like home! This airbnb is best for family or even alone hehe because it was just really peaceful! Love the long rest and nap inside the rooms + you could watch Netflix or Youtube. I also appreciate the owner since she was really responsive to all my questions and messages. For sure we would love to definitely book again once we go back to Bicol! Thank you again, Ms. Caroline! Our stay was amazing ❤️

Freitz was a wonderful host and the place was awesome. Our group of 6 slept comfortably. It came well equipped with everything we needed included lots of cookware and dining dishes. It was a great escape from the city and you can even see Mayon while walking to the property. The area is full of nature so I'd just advise to future guests that you will most likely encounter ants. They are just part of nature. However, they were not intrusive to our sleeping or bath areas. If ever I come back to Daraga or the south part of Mayon volcano, I'd definitely stay again!

The host was very responsive even the caretaker. The place was cozy! It had everything we needed and it was clean and tidy. It was a bit rainy during our stay so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor amenities. The solar lights didn’t light up too so it was dark outside at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come back again.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and very accessible to nearby establishments like restaurants, shops, and public transport. It made getting around super convenient. The host was very responsive throughout our stay—always quick to reply and helpful with any questions we had. Had a wonderful stay! Ams was super friendly and very responsive to any questions we had. She lives downstairs, which was really convenient—she even lent us a flat iron when we needed one. The place was comfortable and well-kept. Would definitely recommend!
