The accommodation is very clean, as described and with parking spaces right next door. My stay went very well 👍

The place is great as well as the exteriors. Had a really nice time. Loved the small breakfast basket for everyone, which the hosts gave us. I recommend it without hesitation.

We had already rented this house which still served us as a midway stop. It is very well located, the garden is well fenced, you can bring the car in and there is what you need to cook. There are lights that turn on automatically in the evening guiding us to the entrance which is handy when you arrive late. The bed is also very comfortable. We did not have a long stay here so we can't judge this but for 1 course stay it is perfect.

We had a really pleasant family Christmas stay at the Champenoise farm! The living room by the fireplace, the large New Year's Eve table around the stove (the kitchen opens into its extension), the foosball, the pool table, the sauna, the board games, the long walks in the surrounding countryside, there was something to delight all generations! The hospitality of Jean-Yves (and Caroline!) was perfect! For the summer, the house also has a large garden. Just thirty kilometers from Provins; ideal for a getaway! I highly recommend it!

Halfway to our respective residences, we came to spend Christmas with family and everything was perfect 1 real Christmas house with all the decor that goes well Huge eating areas both inside and out. pretty bedrooms nice welcome from Sabrina Anthony, you're not safe from seeing us again next year. An exceptional place in all aspects. The entire property is carefully decorated and the garden is a haven of peace. The area set up for the jacuzzi was perfect: atmosphere, setting, light, small room with bathrobes and towels so you don't have to go through the whole house. Excellent! The reception room was an undeniable +, I couldn't have imagined a better place for this evening. A safe place to keep for other occasions :) Perfect communication with Elodie who is attentive to your expectations. A big thank you to you and congratulations on your work.

this campsite was so fun. the pool was fab and the kids loved the trampolines and swing. the breakfast in the cabin was fab.

Peaceful and comfortable place. We weren't spoiled by the weather but the foosball and darts were able to entertain the young and old between walks. Quiet neighborhood. Ideal for a reunion with friends without too much desire to move around, except for a walk.

The accommodation is very good, clean and large, we had a good time. The hospitality is nice as well as the communication. I would highly recommend it.

Very welcoming and considerate host. Attentive to us. Fireplace lit on arrival, many board games available. Small bonus if you have an event at the village party hall you will be super well placed to not need your vehicle. Very well-equipped house, if you want to stay there for a vacation. We had a pleasant weekend in Delphine's house, ideally located for discovering the region: Troyes, the lakes and the Orient forest, Nigloland,… A few small shops within walking distance. Clean and functional house, self check-in and checkout, welcoming and responsive host, perfect.

A super campsite with lots of green space, fun pool for our children and so close for us to access the lake cycle path. A great place to spend time and very comfortable, well-equipped accommodation.
