All this is within 15-30 minutes. Within 30-45 minutes you can find the city of Troyes as well as many factory outlets, cinema, bowling, laser game and more. The added bonus is the highway exit which is 3 km away.

On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a tv lounge area. On the same level, you have one bedroom, one shower room and one toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.

Easy access via the ring road. You can take bus line 1 at the end of the street which will take you to the McArthur Glen outlet stores. Parking is easy and free on the street. Access to the property is autonomous with a key box.
