Vacation rentals with beach access in Pineto

Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

L'appartamento è situato nel centro della città, ma è comunque molto silenzioso. Al piano terra c'è un bar dove si può scendere la mattina per fare colazione e la sera per un aperitivo. Intorno ci sono moltissimi buoni ristoranti, negozi, bar, troverai tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Sia la stazione che la spiaggia si trovano a soli 5 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. L'appartamento stesso è molto spazioso, dotato di tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. L'aria condizionata ben funzionante offriva sollievo dopo una giornata calda in spiaggia. Un ulteriore vantaggio è l'enorme terrazza sul tetto, arredata con mobili da giardino e un ombrellone. Trascorrevamo piacevolmente le serate lì. Torneremo sicuramente a Pescara e in questo appartamento. Grazia è un'ospite meravigliosa, ha risposto rapidamente alle nostre domande.

The place was great, even during the off-season. Good location, amplr room, good appliances. During the off-season, make sure to make reservations for restaurants since some are closed and the popular restaurants fill up.

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

Dziękujemy za pobyt. Wszystko było bardzo dobrze zorganizowane, a kontakty na winnice i atrakcje wspaniałe. Dobry apartamet na jesień, ze świetnym ogrzewaniem i można się poczuć jak w domu z wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Mam prośbę na następną wizytę - brakuje kieliszków do grappy, która jak wiadomo jesienią smakuje lepiej :)

Appartamento praticamente nuovo dotato di tutti i comfort, direttamente sulla spiaggia con Albe mattutine spettacolari. In cucina mancavano alcune cose necessarie come olio e sale; Ci siamo arrangiati, ma sono certo che se avessi chiesto, avrebbero provveduto loro . Lo consiglierei

W o w ! ! ! Questo posto è MERAVIGLIOSO, la sua pace, la sua energia, la cura in ogni piccola cosa ed in ogni piccolo arredo. Le camere sono impeccabili come pulizia e arredamento, la gentilezza dei proprietari in davvero TUTTO è impagabile. La possibilità di un calice di vino o una tisana nella Jacuzzi mentre si vede il sole tramontare tra le montagne e il mare, davvero serve parlar d'altro? E se serve vi aggiungo che seguendo i consigli degli ospitanti a pochi km mangerete benissimo, oppure prendete qualcosina e lo cucinate nello spazio affittato... Tutto molto Bello. Tutto molto consigliato.

Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Simonetta zelf. We voelden ons direct thuis en ze gaf ons de nodige uitleg van de accommodatie. Mochten we nog iets nodig hebben, qua taxi, fietsen, … dat regelde ze dat voor ons. Ik zou er zo zelf kunnen wonen in het verblijf, heel gezellig en knus. Gelijk het op de foto’s te zien is. Strand is op wandel afstand. Ik kan geen min punten opnoemen eigenlijk die wij hebben ervaren tijdens het verblijf. Super verblijf en super host. Dank je wel Simonetta voor het warme onthaal.

Parfait! Petit appartement au rdv d’une maison calme . Bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Alessandro est réactif et très gentil. Je recommande ce logement.

È già la seconda volta che usufruisco di questo appartamento che ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa anche solo per una notte. Persone gentilissime e appartamento pulito e confortevole!

Unvergesslicher Urlaub mit traumhaftem Meerblick! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, 9 Tage in dieser wunderbaren Unterkunft zu verbringen und sind begeistert! Die Gastgeber sind äußerst diskret und sorgen dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Sollte es einmal zu Problemen kommen, reagieren sie unglaublich schnell und finden umgehend Lösungen. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Zudem befindet sich die Unterkunft nur etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto von wunderschönen Stränden entfernt, die in der Umgebung zu finden sind. In nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man das malerische Dorf Montepagano. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa in questo incantevole luogo, accolti da padroni di casa molto accoglienti e mai invadenti. Gli spazi esterni sono gradevolissimi e ben curati, con angoli freschi e ventilati che offrono una piacevole vista sul mare e sui trabocchi. Giulia, Mimmo e Francesca sono stati calorosi e premurosi, ci hanno consigliato un sacco di posti da vedere, ma purtroppo riuscire a fare tutto in così poco tempo non è stato possibile: quindi ci ritorneremo molto volentieri! Comodo parcheggio riservato e ombreggiato.

Un’esperienza perfetta, comunicazioni con l’host sempre pulite e precise. Tutte le aspettative sono state rispettate e in qualche caso superate!

Soggiorno molto breve però experiencia fantástica, casa molto bella e grande anche molto pulita , sicuramente ritornerò e consiglierò amici

Casa molto bella e curata nei minimi dettagli! attraversi la strada e si è subito in spiaggia e nei dintorni ci sono tutti i servizi a portata di mano come supermercato, bar, pasticceria, farmacia ecc. il centro di San benedetto dista 15/20 min a piedi quindi ottima anche la posizione. Gabriele è molto educato e simpatico e pronto ad aiutarti in qualsiasi modo con risposte molto tempestive. Unica nota dolente ma riguarda solo il mio caso è che l'ascensore non arriva al piano e c'è da fare una rampa di scale e nel mio caso con un neonato e passeggino appresso a lungo andare è un pò scomodo. per il resto Gabriele e casa direi al top!

Dino war ein sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist direkt am Anfang der Fußgängerzone, top Lage und ruhig. Wenn ich wieder komme nur noch hier. Dino war auch sehr flexibel mit dem Check in er hat uns ermöglicht früher in die Wohnung zu gehen.

Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 ragazzi più una bambina piccola la notte di capodanno, siamo stati da Dio. Il signor Martino che ci ha accolto e’ stato molto gentile, ci ha lasciato stare anche qualche ora in più essendo arrivati la sera tardi post lavoro… davvero carina la casa e con tutti i confort! ❤️ grazie davvero.

Très bonnes prestations. L’appartement est parfait. La piscine dans un cadre très agréable. Les hôtes très accueillants, disponibles et attentionnés . Nous recommandons cette location.

Abbiamo alloggiato una notte nella casa di Chiara, tutto è stato perfetto, pulizia e comunicazione. L alloggio nuovo è in posizione fantastica sul lungomare e pochi minuti da negozi e ristoranti. Chiara un host eccellente, spero di ritornare nuovamente in questa struttura.

Fabrizio met us in person to show us the apartment and was very personable. Afterwards he gave us some dining suggestions. We enjoyed the location and its proximity to local dining and the beach. The amenities were adequate for our one night stop over but they seemed scant should we have stayed longer (ie. kitchenette, not kitchen, in the apartment).
