Giacomo is a friendly and super helpful Host. He gave us all the information very precisely so after reading his instructions, it was very easy to manage the house. Beautiful beachfront penthouse in Cervia with terraces

Since we always arrived at the apartment in the past, we were able to unload the luggage. Nicola accommodated us here, was very convenient. Since we were in the apartment in the low season, the area was very quiet and we enjoyed it very much. To get to restaurants that were still open, we then took the car. Above all, the location on the top floor of the building is outstanding: the view from the terrace is over the pine crowns and in between you can see the sea. It's also nice to hear the sound of the sea. A plus is also the balcony on the west side of the building: in the evening it was perfect to enjoy an apero with sunset and views of the hinterland. In short: a place to stay. We spent a lot of time in the apartment and recovered very well.

The apartment perfectly matches the description: clean, well-equipped and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Although the location is a little further from the sea, the promenade can be easily reached in less than 10 minutes by bicycle. Great value, recommended!
