Overall, it was a great stay! The place is very comfortable and truly feels like home. The mattress was super soft, and I’m definitely planning to come back sometime. The only downside is that the lighting was a bit dim, but other than that, everything was excellent!

Tiba di villa kami senang dgn suasana rmh dan lingkungan yg asri....tp saat km dtg km menghubungi staff susah....begitu jg saat ada kebocoran di kmr mandi staff jg nggak cepat merespon....tp secara keseluruhan villa kami puas....meski km dtg hrs mengepel lantai krn msh byk debu...semoga ke depan ditingkatkan utk kebersihannya....

Great place, clean and affordable

The house is situated at busy road but it is hardly to hear from it. We were really satisfied with it. The owner gave us a heartly welcome. The breakfest was very nice and the coffee in the morning as well. Thanks to Smita and her parents to have a wonderful stay. Greetings from Sven and Matthias

Thank you so much Pris for letting me and my dog stay in your house. It was perfect for us! It's located in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. I spontaneously had to extend the stay, which wasn't a problem at all. Pris was so very kind, understanding and helpful in so many ways! We had a great connection and communication was direct. I am definitely staying in this house again when I come back to Jakarta!

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. tempat yang tepat untuk kami yang sedang ada event di ICE BSD City. Suasana cluster yang aman dan nyaman. Fasilitas rumah yang lengkap. Peralatan Dapur lengkap. Ruang tamu agak panas, jadi pintu harus dibuka meski ada kipas angin. Namun 2 kamar di lantai atas sangat nyaman dan sejuk. Overall kami senang menginap di tempat ini, dan kemungkinan kami akan kembali menyewa bila ada event lagi disana. Terimakasih

I stayed there to attend a concert at ICE and it’s pretty close to the venue within 10 minutes drive without traffic jams. Interior and amenities are exactly like the pictures, quite spacious for 4 people. The only thing that off prolly is the bad reception in the place, however it’s a pleasant stay.
