House is in Plasy, 20 minutes from Plzn, and hour from Prague. Cozy village with mini golf course ‘mini animal garden’ with real tigers. Restaurant Rudolf at a 3-minute walk. Beer factory with private restaurant a 3-minute walk away. Supermarkets at 9 km. Golf course 9 holes in 20 minutes. Swimming place for kids 5 minutes walk. Mountain biking at the coast and for relaxation as well as with a road bike very cool. Garden with large terrace and approx. 950 m2 of private garden. Barbeque available as well as garden set.

The garden and outdoor seating will be available to you if you want to relax. Near the house there is a forest, which is full of blueberries and mushrooms in season. In the village there is a shop, post office, pharmacy, bakery, butcher shop, playground, wine cellar and restaurant.

Everyone can rest in our house. There are 2 bathrooms, a spacious children's room, a room with a sofa bed, a kitchen with a living area with a fireplace. Large garden, fireplace (including wood), barbecue, outdoor seating. Kitchen equipped with all accessories including lever coffee maker and grinder, induction, oven. Nearby: Jindřichova skála, Castle Valdek, Tok, Jordan, .... Walking and cycling trips. Swimming in the Zaskal dam. We only rent the house when we are outside of the Czech Republic.

The cottage is located 100m from the bathing pond, offers an outdoor fireplace with a smokehouse, beautiful walks through the forest, and in season abundant for mushroom catches. There are very well-marked hiking and biking trails nearby.
