With two families (4 adults, 5 children), we spent a few wonderful days both in Oldřich's house and in the very natural, quiet surroundings - just as we had imagined. Oldřich is an excellent host who is always available and immediately provides helpful feedback in case of ambiguities/questions. The house is very cozy. It has a very well-equipped kitchen, lots of games (board games, cards, darts), an oven in each room (wooden logs are available in large quantities), a huge garden with direct access to a wooded area (great for the kids), a campfire area and many other amenities. Even a guitar was available in the house (a highlight for me as a musician :)). All in all, we enjoyed the time at Oldřich very much and we will definitely come back.

What a gem in the Czech countryside. We were there in early autumn to visit Karlovy Vary and Cheb and truly enjoyed Robert's (and his mother's hospitality). The village is an ideal spot for fall vibes and the place is cozy as all get out. Definitely will stay there again!

Maarten's large, very tastefully furnished house is highly recommended if you want to spend a relaxing vacation close to nature with friends. The kitchen is super equipped and invites you to linger, cook, socialize and have good conversations. The proactive, friendly and helpful nature of the hosts deserves special mention. Thank you for relaxing days with you. We can highly recommend the house.

We felt very comfortable and the rooms are very nice. The dining room was a little cold at first, unfortunately you can't use the fireplace. The kitchen was very well equipped. Sauna and hot tub were great, just understanding the price calculation a little complicated. A flat rate without additional payment would be easier. The house is very original and cozy. The barn with the ping pong table is a nice enrichment, only very cold in winter without heating. We had a great time and would come back anytime.

This is the second time we've been here with young children. The place is very nice and clean. We enjoyed the garden with the pool. There were a lot of things for children (outdoor kitchen and sand, toys inside, house) that they won with. The nicer routes with a carriage are a little further by car - we see this as the only drawback, but we still came back here again.

We stayed for a short weekend in the beautiful house of Adam:) the surroundings are super quiet and very nice. The house is well equipped, especially in the kitchen there is nothing missing. The highlight was definitely the sauna! For these you pay an extra €20/ 3h. The only thing to note: the hot tub cannot be used during the winter time and bed linen and towels must be brought yourself (otherwise cost €10 p.p.). We had a good time and would come back:)

Everything wonderful, a very nice well equipped house with everything you need. Supermarkets and restaurants are minutes away by car. Not far to the spa towns and many other sights. Absolute peace and nature pure. We will be happy to come back.
