The house is located in the Condomínio de Campo Reserva da Serra, in a picturesque and historical city, Areia/PB, 50km from Campina Grande and 127km from JP. It has panoramic views, with integrated environments, is perfect for those who like to cook and admire a beautiful landscape. In the outdoor area, we have a beautiful fire place garden that harmonizes perfectly with good wine, hot chocolate, coffee and, of course, watered good conversations with friends or intimate and romantic mome with the loved one .

The cottage is located in Condomínio Rainha da Serra, in the rural area of Solanea, a city neighboring Bananeiras, an average of 10 minutes by car between them. Access is very easy, most of the way is on pavement, only 1km of clay road. It is located 6 minutes from the centre of Solanea and 15 minutes from the centre of Bananeiras. Ideal for rest and contact with nature. The sunset from here is a spectacle. The ideal terrace for napping in the hammock and enjoying a little chill from the mountain range.
