Rose is a the super host of super hosts. She provides clear instructions from start to finish and really cares about the comfort of her guests. The apartment is spotless and in great shape. The neighborhood is peaceful and on a very quiet street away from traffic. This is our second stay, and we’ll be back again next year!

This place was so lovely. Peaceful and surrounded by nature yet close enough to my daughter’s soccer tournament. My kids enjoyed the board games. Wish we had more time. The history communicates effectively and with reasonable time.

We had a delightful stay here - it was exactly what we were looking for. It was cozy, clean, and comfortable! It was also extremely convenient to the Regional Rail but we were never disturbed by any train sounds. Quiet neighborhood and apartment. Also close to lots of great trails for our walks! Sarah was a terrific host.

Modern, beautifully decorated unit with great privacy. Views are amazing, so wide, expansive and peaceful. You can watch sunrise and sunset from the balcony! You can see people passing on the side street in their horse and buggies. The outdoor seats are very comfortable. The bed is comfortable too. Matt is a phenomenal host, his response time is super quick, he is very helpful and accommodating.

We booked Erma's place for our birdwatching adventure. I had the master bedroom, which was large with comfy bed. My sister slept well on the futon in the second bedroom. Although she sometimes heard people walking around upstairs, their schedules aligned with ours, early to bed and early to rise. Then they were off to work and we went birding at the many wildlife refuges available. We cooked in the small kitchen, with plentiful supplies and condiments, and picked up groceries at Bylers and other nearby stores. The living room was large and comfortable. The large bathroom was conveniently off the living room. Since it was a little chilly with the ac on upstairs, we simply followed the instructions to close the vent and we were fine. Parking was convenient, and we sometimes hung out in the peaceful backyard, occasionally walking over to see the chickens. Erma responded promptly to any questions that I texted.

It was a quick one night stay at the farm, but we enjoyed our stay, as well as seeing the horses and alpacas. Peter is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend

Had an amazing stay this week, very accommodating, met all of our needs and extremely homely and comfortable...very close to the mall and plenty of restaurants and activities near the area... Brendan was extremely helpful, very responsive when I had questions or needed assistance, all over he was a wonderful host and would definitely stay again...

Amy and Mark were the most kind and generous hosts. The space was immaculate. We are grateful our paths have crossed and will certainly be returning!

Glam base for your Philly Slaycation (tm), full of cute touches & gorgeous views. Appreciated walking into an air-conditioned apartment on a bloody hot day. Could spend your whole trip exploring South Philly's street art, shopping & diverse food & drinks from the best tomato pie a block away, FDR's weekend SE Asian market stalls, Passyunk Ave, cheesesteak Vegas, 9th St/Italian Market & Point Breeze Ave. Hosts were flexible & responsive. Addressing a few small hiccups will make this even more cozy.

Sheila and her home were greatly appreciated. I had my parents and siblings up from out of town, and her place was perfect! Clean and comfortable furniture/beds. It had everything needed to cook wonderful meals together, and great space to play games board games together. Also, beautiful private yard and front porch that we enjoyed with the nice weather. Thank you thank you thank you!

Rui’s place was amazing. The apartment was well equipped, spotless and spacious. It was also very quiet. There were little things like snacks, stuff in the bathroom you could use if you needed, Rui really thought about everything! The area was fine, very walkable, it’s not far from the centre if you fancy walking but there’s metro station close by. Also there are shops and cafés around. Rui was very friendly and responsive, always happy to help or answer any questions.

My husband and I frequent Delaware a lot, and this is by far our favorite place thus far. Clean, plenty of parking, great/responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!

This is an absolute gem of an AirBnB in every regard! The hosts are so extremely responsive, and we’re so kind to us during our 5 night stay! The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous!!! New Castle is stunning, with amazing small businesses that truly make staying there such a treat. Dwayne and Chandler are so so kind, and their messages and running into them in their cafe (which has AMAZING lattes) made us feel right at home. I would 100% come here again for every reason listed here and so many more. Definitely, definitely visit!

This place had everything I needed and more. It was comfortable and had plenty of space. It also is a location that is close to downtown and easy to walk to/from. The dark chocolate peanut butter cups were a bonus that was much appreciated and the check-in; check-out process was easy making it easy to arrive later in the evening or whatever time. Absolutely will stay again.

What a lovely home! Super clean and updated. Easy Check-in. The private parking was nice. The kids loved the play area in the basement. The area outside was very nice with the string lights. We didn't end up using the grill or campfire pit this trip, but definitely would have. The Hot Tub was a big hit! All the appliances worked perfect; washer, dryer, fridge and the Central Air cooled the whole house well. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. We loved this house and would book it again! Mr. Bill made accommodations when the Airbnb I had originally planned for fell through. He made the transition quick and even made sure my weekend was blocked off at the new Airbnb and not compromising our plans. Forever grateful for the last minute switch

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

I had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jon was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy. I appreciated the clear communication and hospitality throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This is my 4th time staying and every year new improvements are made. I enjoy my time at this location

Loved the stay. Only small issue I had was with finding the building because the GPS put me in a weird spot. But found it eventually and everything after that was smooth.

Great views of the ocean and boardwalk. Very comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms. Just steps to boardwalk. Richard is the best. We had a great time!
