My boyfriend & I absolutely loved the place! It was so beautiful & cozy inside- we felt right at home :) It was the perfect spot to spend the holiday curled up watching movies & just enjoying quality time together. Definitely made an excellent choice in picking Maya's apartment :) It was also extremely affordable & had everything we needed. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay. Dr. Katina was very helpful and reached out just the right amount to ensure we were enjoying her place. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in a central location close to lots of great playgrounds and parks. We'd love to stay there again!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jeff made our stay very pleasant with his quick responses and easy to follow instructions. There are so many food options and there is A LOT to do within a very short walking distance. Whenever my family and I come back to Deleware, we will definitely be staying here again!

the place was just as described and the photos show it all. it's in a building that's on a busy corner but the traffic wasn't a bother while we were there. it was a quiet pleasant stay and we will stay again when we're in the area for sure! Maribel was an amazing host, responsive and helpful! we appreciate you!

We enjoyed our 3 month stay in Wilmington at Marc’s place. Marc is a great host and responded to any of our questions very quickly. His place was quiet, clean and close toTrolley Square, where we enjoyed walking to and enjoyed some of the restaurants there. We would highly recommend this spot for your stay!

Wonderful stay in Wilmington near Cool Springs Park. Carol is exceptionally accommodating. I was here for about 10 weeks for a Summer Associate program at a law firm in town. Perfect for long term stays and pet friendly. I had some minor issues with the lock getting in but Carol and Evette's repairman was able to get it fixed. The neighborhood is absolutely lovely. Very safe and near a park which was great for my dog. When I return to Wilmington permanently I want to be in the same area this AirBnb was in. Overall highly recommend.

Kat was a wonderful host! She met me at her house at the agreed-upon check-in time and was quite cordial, patient, and helpful. As a first-time Airbnb costumer, these qualities were much appreciated. She showed me all the relevant aspects and amenities and quickly addressed all my questions and concerns. Her Airbnb was the perfect space and location for my visit, and I would gladly return.

The stay was comfortable and perfect for what my team needed. There was a little confusion about the third bed, but Bob quickly and easily answered all questions and provided everything that we needed. Location was in a walkable distance to a few places to eat and right next to the 95 exit. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a lovely 1 night stay at David and Martin's home. We took the third floor room and found it as described, immaculate and spotless. Amenities and towels are available to use in the bathroom. David and Martin were wonderful hosts with great knowledge of the Wilmington area. 10/10, it would be a treat to stay with them again.

I loved staying at Marc’s place. It was walking distance to nature, half a block from the Brandywine River trails and walkable to downtown! It felt safe and so convenient. The place had views of the river from bedroom and kitchen. Marc was friendly, very responsive and quick to return any questions. I would stay again in a heartbeat, great value!

Angela was an amazing host, and would recommend her to my closest friends. her apartment was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils/plates/bowls/pots and pans. The driveway can be a bit tricky in the morning when it is dark, but it is made up by the fact that the upper driveway is wide enough for 3 cars. Angela is very responsive, and loves to help.

David was an incredible host during my stay in Wilmington - he was proactively communicative, as well as supportive / flexible to shifts in our travel plans. This apartment quickly felt like home during my extended stay - it's fully furnished with everything we needed, a short walk to the office downtown, and right across the street from a lovely park. I'd highly recommend staying short-term or long-term at any of David's Airbnbs.

One of the best feelings when you are traveling is staying in a place that you can count on every time. We have stayed at Dr. K's place multiple times, sometimes in the first floor apartment and sometimes in both when we are traveling with family. The apartments are always top notch: spotlessly clean, comfortable and convenient to our family in Wilmington. We always feel at home and enjoy the respite from our busy visiting days. The kitchen is equipped with everything we need and the living and bed rooms are very comfortable. And Dr. K. is extremely helpful and communicative. We cannot imagine staying anywhere else. In fact, we check for availability at Dr. K's before planning our trips. Highest recommendation!

I had the best experience with Bob. I needed a last-minute Airbnb, and he came through for me! He truly saved the day, even though it was late! Not only did he accommodate a late check-out, but the rooms were also spacious, clean, and had more than I could ask for, all at a reasonable price. I'll definitely be coming back, Bob!
