Everything was impeccable during the stay. We didn't have a problem with the place,. The cordial gatekeepers, but I had a problem after delivering the apartment. During our stay we ended up breaking a glass of wine and at the same time I communicated the hosts as it occurred during our stay. AGi correctly and hoped that the same would happen. When they contacted me, they charged 12,000 pesos to restore the cup, the msm which costs between 3k to 6k pesos. I asked for proof to see if this amount had actually been paid and I received proof of a purchase made an hour after they gave me the amount. I received the value at 6:30 pm and the proof of purchase marked 19h47 (it was sent 19:45, which made no sense). In every way, the stay was amazing and the apartment is really nice, but I thought the hosts acted in bad faith and wanted to take advantage of the situation. Regrettable.

Super safe, clean, comfortable, spacious and with all the amenities... if the purpose of the visit is related to the University or the Austral Hospital, the location is privileged and unbeatable!

Juan is a great host. Always attentive and kind. The apartment was impeccable, with lots of natural light. The community where the apartment is located is very quiet, it has a swimming pool, a supermarket and even a small gym. I recommend it 100%.

Super recommended if they want to rest, I was looking for a quiet place to celebrate my birthday as a family and I found it. Very nice and equipped house, beautiful pool and a quincho at the bottom of the land that allows you to follow the celebration without disturbing those who went to sleep. Definitely recommend
