The house is comfortable and has 3 bedrooms, two of which are en-suites with a balcony on the upper floor (access via stairs), a living/dining room, an outdoor leisure area with a shower and barbecue grill, a laundry area and a kitchen equipped with appliances and utensils. In addition to full access to the house and private parking for one car, you can use the common outdoor leisure areas of the condominium, which have a swimming pool and barbecue area. It has Wi-Fi in the living room and new air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

Facing the sea, the house accommodates 9 people and has an excellent outdoor area, with barbecue, shower and garage. Living room with TV, sofa and dining table, equipped kitchen and service area. 03 rooms (2 suites with balcony). All bedrooms have air conditioner. 3 newly renovated bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. House is in safe condominium, with doorman, and excellent recreation area with pool. It is close to a market and on the street of the condominium there is a delicious pizzeria.

Cozy house with 3 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, 3 bathrooms. Everything is organized with great affection so that you have a peaceful and pleasant stay. Great house in the heart of Pajuçara beach, excellent location, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, pizzerias, hamburgers, delis. The beach is just 200 meters away, a 2-minute walk. In December 2022, we built a cozy backyard, with a garden, hammock, shower... as well as a support sink and service area. In addition, in March 2024, we installed air-conditioners in all the bedrooms. We are always looking to improve the comfort of our guests!

Lots of Charm and Comfort with a View of the Sea

A house right on the sand! Beautiful and Comfortable, 50 meters from Barra de São Miguel Beach. Fine sand and a turquoise sea with warm waters. At low tide, they form natural pools, excellent for children or even adults. The house, besides being beautiful, is comfortable, very spacious and fully equipped. With a cook and/or housekeeper service (see cost) you will have an extra comfort in your stay. You'll love it!!
