This was our second time to stay and we enjoyed it again

We had changes in our schedule and the original location we requested also changed. But Barbara worked with us and made everything even better! We recommend this AirBnB location for any group that wants a serene and beautiful area surrounded by woods - and cows! - for peace and relaxation. The local wildlife included lots of deer and birds - hawks, jays, doves, finches etc We will be back

Terri's place exceeded our expectations. She was gracious and kind. The home felt familiar and comfortable, like that of family. You could feel the warmth and love of memories made over generations in this farmhouse. Everything was clean, well arranged and organized. This rental hits the spot if you're looking for a peaceful, serene, secluded farmhouse with everything to bring a family together. Thank you, Terri!

We had a softball tournament in Columbia Ms , the ball field is about 35 minutes away. Which was perfect for the 6 of us. We enjoyed 2 night relaxing on this wonderful property. We will stay again. Our pup was living his best life running all over!! It was a great weekend thank you!!

The place was just as described. Spacious and plenty of beds. Hosts were responsive and left a sweet gift basket. It’s close to The Willows Venue so it was perfect for all the groomsmen to stay. Although it’s an older and rustic home it’s clean. We would stay again

We just needed to get out of town and this gorgeous cabin right next to a lovely pond suited us perfectly. It is set back far from the main road. The pond is about 15 or so feet from the front porch, which has a porch swing, chairs and tables. The covered BBQ area has a nice large table and multiple comfortable chairs. The rest of the area is green grass, trees and peace. The cows on the other side of the wire fence went about their business as if we weren't even there. We hope to visit again, just for the peaceful seclusion.

I thought this place was better than what I expected. The space in the house and the location were awesome. I loved that I could look outside at nature through the kitchen window and that it felt private. All of us felt right at home. We were there on a very fast paced work trip for a worship music video and we were so exhausted by the end of the day. Being able to get back to such a clean and comfortable space really made the difference for our rest. 😊 I would definitely love to come back with my family at some point in the future for leisure. Cute little cottage that was just perfect for our daughter and her attendants for the night before her wedding. They had so much fun!

Our stay at this charming cabin on the river was absolutely wonderful! It was peaceful, tidy, and captured the essence of a true Mississippi cabin. The views of the river were breathtaking, offering the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. The game room was a fantastic bonus, providing plenty of entertainment during our stay. Everything about the cabin was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared, making it a cozy retreat. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to visit again!

Beautiful little getaway in Mississippi. Cabin was right on the creek and the grounds had a lot of amenities: dog park, mini-golf, playground for the kids. Everyone had a great time!

Second time I've stayed here and I will definitely be back. All you need to know to enjoy the cabin is that you're renting an 1800s small cabin in the middle of the woods. As long as you aren't expecting the Ritz, you'll love this space. Cozy, comfortable, lots of wildlife, so many birds! I can't wait to go back.

This was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway. The property is beautiful and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. The tub and deck were our favorite parts of the trip. Highly recommend for a relaxing trip.

If you are looking for a quiet spot to relax, this little cabin is your place! Nestled in the pines, with the river a stones throw away, and deer around, you’ll enjoy absolute privacy. The cabin is perfect and the beds are comfortable, to boot! Water pressure in the shower was less than desirable, but that’s the only real negative thing. We’d definitely book again when in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay! The farm and surrounding area is beautiful, hot tub was amazing, and it was perfect for a quiet getaway. Would definitely stay again!

Ahhhh the perfect spot in Percy Quin. We decided last minute to getaway with our kids and dog; found this little gem and booked immediately! Kay’s place is the definition of cozy. The living room + kitchen is spacious and comfortable… the downstairs bathroom is a bonus! Plenty of furniture space to relax, play games, eat, and nap. Upstairs there 2 generous sized rooms + full bathroom. We all slept well and enjoyed the natural light in the bedrooms. Wi-fi is fast. The yard space with fire pit and chairs is PERFECT …. Kids played volleyball and the dog enjoyed exploring. Kay’s place is a 1-2 minute walk from the fishing pier and lake! Directly across the street and so convenient. We explored fishing spots in the park, added a lock to the “love-lock bridge”, hiked the nature trail, left for lunch @ the Dinner Bell , grilled dinner both nights @ a pavilion in the park, napped, made smores on Kay’s fire pit, played games. Kay was kind and responsive and generous! Can’t wait to come back!
