The Farmhouse was exactly what I was looking for in a weekend get away! It was cozy, clean, well stocked, and so so cute! The property was beautiful. Even though they have multiple homes on the property, it is still very private. I can tell that Marianne cares about the experience of her guest and put alot of thought into the little details that make this air bnb feel like a home. Marianne and her team were very informative on what to expect and quick to respond! The surrounding towns were very quaint and there was lots to explore! I would absolutely recommend the farmhouse or any of Marianne's homes to anyone looking for a peaceful get away.

This is such a peaceful place and cozy. I especially liked the feel of being in a secluded place, yet able to access nearby amenities in town without having to travel far. Also, I was treated to a delicious country breakfast during my stay, delivered by the owner to the front door. What wonderful hospitality! I look forward to my next visit.

It was a perfect stay and experience. The owners were so responsive and helpful. Even though the cabin was remote (what we wanted), it was easy to access because of their clear instructions. The property is beautiful and secluded with perfect creek access and the amenities you need and want. We will absolutely be back.

Second time I've stayed here and I will definitely be back. All you need to know to enjoy the cabin is that you're renting an 1800s small cabin in the middle of the woods. As long as you aren't expecting the Ritz, you'll love this space. Cozy, comfortable, lots of wildlife, so many birds! I can't wait to go back.

Terri's place exceeded our expectations. She was gracious and kind. The home felt familiar and comfortable, like that of family. You could feel the warmth and love of memories made over generations in this farmhouse. Everything was clean, well arranged and organized. We had changes in our schedule and the original location we requested also changed. But Barbara worked with us and made everything even better! We recommend this AirBnB location for any group that wants a serene and beautiful area surrounded by woods - and cows! - for peace and relaxation. The local wildlife included lots of deer and birds - hawks, jays, doves, finches etc We will be back

We had a softball tournament in Columbia Ms , the ball field is about 35 minutes away. Which was perfect for the 6 of us. We enjoyed 2 night relaxing on this wonderful property. We will stay again. Our pup was living his best life running all over!! It was a great weekend thank you!!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Virginia is an excellent host she was available for what ever we need 24 hrs a day. She greeted us when we arrived at the home, that personal touch speaks volumes. We can’t wait for summer to return for those amazing views

“The Cabin” Tylertown, MS

We just needed to get out of town and this gorgeous cabin right next to a lovely pond suited us perfectly. It is set back far from the main road. The pond is about 15 or so feet from the front porch, which has a porch swing, chairs and tables. The covered BBQ area has a nice large table and multiple comfortable chairs. The rest of the area is green grass, trees and peace. The cows on the other side of the wire fence went about their business as if we weren't even there. We hope to visit again, just for the peaceful seclusion.
