The beach cottage has 1 room and a sauna. The hot tub is available with a separate agreement and weather permitting, a surcharge of 130 €/week. Amenities: electricity, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, running water from a borehole, fireplace. The place is available from the beginning of October to the middle of December and again from the end of February to the end of April.

A clean outdoor toilet in an outbuilding with a new ecological and hygienic flushing toilet seat. You have a gas grill and a rowboat at your disposal. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation at the tip of your own lake cove and peninsula. Kivijärvi is Finland's 30th largest, largely wilderness and fish-rich lake. Nearby is also Salamajärvi National Park with hiking trails and services of different levels. This small but really functional place for a small family vacation or telecommuting by the beautiful scenery and tranquility. Still, the services are close in two directions, Kivijärvi center about 15 min and Kinnula 20 min.

For winter holidays, ski trails leave almost from the yard, snowmobile trails 20 m away, and a children's sledding hill with a rope lift 700 m away.
