An authentic, artistically alive neighborhood. 15 minutes from Termini and 10 minutes by Metro from the Colosseum, on the ground floor of a historic building from 1930. The Loft is surrounded by photographs and designer posters and pictorial works of art, unique pieces that the INTERZONE gallery ― owned by the host Michele ― has displayed in the exhibition space at Pigneto over the last 7 years.

A Casa di Giorgia is an elegant Art Nouveau loft in a historic Roman building, featuring yellow coffered ceilings, original stained-glass windows, and parquet floors. Three small balconies make the apartment bright and airy. It has a double bedroom and a French-style sofa bed. Located in the Trieste neighborhood, near Villa Torlonia and the Coppedè District, it is well connected to the center via the Annibaliano metro station. Ideal for 2–3 guests, with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen.

The indoor space includes a kitchen, a large dining table, a living area with a comfortable futon sofa bed and smart tv (Netflix account already included), a working space, a bedroom (separated by the rest of the space by curtains) and a bathroom with shower. Its location is quite central, two stops from San Giovanni, 15 minutes from Termini and the Colosseum.

The Flat is located in a small and quiet street in the heart of Pigneto area, plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all kind of facilities, and it’s 15 minutes away by metro from Termini Central Station. Metro C stop is 3 min. away, as well as tram and bus stations. I always give my guests recommendations so that they can enjoy the neighbourhood and discover Pigneto’s life!
