Daily visits from donkey Margarita & black lab Carbone were added pleasures to our stay. Felipe was responsive to hot water issue. Took guests to church on property. Explained history of property, Quito and Ecuador in general. He was extremely kind and helpful. Picked up & transported us back to airport for reasonable fee. Modest but lovely home.

It was great staying here for four weeks. The house is comfortable and the location is very peaceful, but still close to everything. Nice garden and patio. Also very affordable. Would definitely stay again.

Great place. I felt very well. It's a place that offers great peace and tranquility. The house is beautiful and met my expectations. Both Mr. Richard and Mrs. Monica were very attentive and helpful. I hope to enjoy this cozy home again on my next trip. I highly recommend it in every way.

Very clean and in a secure location which is handy for the airport. Laundry facilities are also available at the house. Well maintained gardens too.

We spent 7 unforgettable days at this amazing Airbnb in Ecuador. From the moment we landed, Manuel made us feel right at home. The property is even better than the photos—private, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. We were welcomed by Titan, Olguita, Tocayo, and another friendly pup whose name I can’t recall. We also hired Jenny to cook and clean—she was incredible! The meals were delicious and the place was spotless. The horse experience is something truly special—an unforgettable connection with these animals. Highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Quito!

The apartment is very nice. The only thing is that we are older people, and the technology was very hard for us to use, such as turning on the stove, the TV, etc. The area is very nice and quiet

It was a relaxing and quiet stay, the house is old but very cared for, Maria Agusta was an incredible host always attentive to our needs, we really had an incredible time, just what I needed with my family, a place nearby to be able to mobilize us in different times and at the same time we feel away from everything. This apartment was such a lovely stay right near Parque Carolina but off the main road so that it was quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the gym facilities in the building (there is also a spa and sauna available tuesday - sunday) and a rooftop terrace with a great view. We had a very restful two days here and appreciated the equipped kitchen, washing machine, and two TVs! thanks for having us :)

Spectacular stay, super nice decoration and super comfortable. Maria Elba was an exceptional host!! I'd go back a thousand times! Fast WiFi, comfortable beds and a large shower with plenty of hot water. Full and new kitchen. Amazing laundry room. 👌 Also, less than 100 meters from the house there is a small shopping center with some very good restaurants. It is a very quiet and safe area.

We had a wonderful time in this stunning loft. It almost looks better than the pictures, is very comfortable and has all it needs. The location is also ideal - very central but away from the noise. Many thanks to the owners who were incredibly kind and flexible. Lastly, we booked Mila’s brother as a driver for taking us to Mindo and to the airport. He’s a great guy and we highly recommend his services!
