Welcome to a farm with authentic charm. You will be staying in the historic room of our 18th century farmhouse. It has been completely renovated and transformed into an independent studio, while maintaining the character of the old: floor tiles, beams. With its bathroom (and toilet), kitchen area and independent entrance, you will be independent while being able to enjoy the enclosed garden of 14,000 m² and the non-private heated pool (May - September).

Riverside cottage

Property near the « Château du Mez » (castel), located outside the village, in a wooded park crossed by the Betz (first category river in Natura 2000 zone). Ideal for recharging your batteries in a natural setting and enjoying the shaded garden and the coolness of the watercourse on hot summer days. The village also offers activities all summer around the communal pond (1.5 km away), with the possibility of picnicking and swimming.

The Andrésis Nest

Come and stay among the trees, in the calm and total disconnection, just 1.5 hours from Paris. The Nid d'Andrésis was custom designed and built, with noble and ecological materials by a French company. Here, the interior and exterior blend into the landscape. We will be happy to host you "next door", for a stay in the countryside, surrounded by our animals, in a quiet area, in a small hamlet. This old, newly renovated barn is ideally located, about 1 hour from Paris, between the two A19 and A6 highway exits and 15 minutes from Sens train station. Come and enjoy a breath of fresh air in the heart of nature with all the comforts for a perfect stay.

The 70 m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor in a restored 19th century Longère. It has private access and parking, a garden area of more than 1200 m2, fully enclosed to relax and take "Time" At the gates of Burgundy and Gatinais, 1 hour from Paris and 10 minutes from the A6 and A19 exit of Courtenay. Our accommodation can accommodate up to 3 people, is equipped with all the comforts.
