Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Very spacious and functional accommodation, well-equipped. Terrace with nice hot tub. Plancha and barbecue available. Our host is very attentive and responsive. The space was very clean. Located in the heights of Menton which avoids the hustle and bustle of downtown but close to the highway that can be heard from the terrace. On the other hand, no noise in the accommodation which is very quiet.

Accommodation true to photos and description, very well-equipped (bedding and furniture) and maintained by Arnaud who takes care of the premises and the well-being of the occupants! In-person welcome, clear explanations and valuable tips on things to do in the area are waiting for you! In short, accommodation to recommend without hesitation, the bonus being undoubtedly the truly breathtaking view that is even better in real life than in the photos!

Helena's house is super beautiful and brand new. On the heights of Nice, 15 minutes from the center by car so convenient and at the same time outside the city with a great view, great pool and very nice children's garden. As the house is new, it lacked a few small details to make everything practical to use, but we made a list for the owner who will fix it. If you are by car, even a medium size car does not fit in the house but never any problem parking in front. Really great vacation at Helena's, I recommend it.

Accommodation totally meets our expectations. Clean, functional, comfortable bedding. The exterior was beautiful and well maintained. The environment was quiet and the view was clear. Access was easy and the location ideal for our visits (Carros, Nice, Monaco). Communication was effective. Our hosts are particularly responsive. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

Cascina Distrutta is a really charming accommodation, well furnished and complete with everything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with recent sanitary ware, fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the point of forgetting the TV. Marta has always responded quickly and has always been available for any need. For complete information, I leave some additional information that I had initially misunderstood for the benefit of those who will come to stay in the near future: the quadruple in the attic and a double room have the independent bathroom, the other two double rooms have the shared bathroom connected by an antechamber with communicating doors. The sauna (when I am writing this text) costs 30 euros per day and needs the opening and early ignition by the neighbor. A wood box for the fireplace always available from the neighbor costs 10 euros, the soap present in the bathrooms is only the washing machine without shampoo/shower

Very cozy, well equipped and spacious apartment for 4. It feels like home. The environment is quiet, and peaceful with all amenities quickly accessible. What a beautiful house!! Perfect for a family holiday, lots of space for us all and an amazing pool and outside space. The view is incredible and the village charming. A great location if you want to explore the Cote D'Azur but also have some peace and quiet in an authentic French village. Isabelle was incredibly helpful before we arrived and through our stay. The place is beautiful. What a view! Listing as described. Nicolas is very responsive to requests. The place is close to a multitude of activities. We, for this spring period, a little slow for lake or snow activities, we had our share of hikes. A number of remarkable sites accessible quickly from the rental. We spent 5 days at Mary's place. After a very warm welcome, we were immediately captivated by the incredible view from the terrace. We spent our time contemplating the landscape. The home is conveniently located near family walks that are easily accessible and stunning. The equipment is well thought out, the whole is impeccably clean, the decoration warm. we immediately felt at home. Mary is a very friendly, available and attentive host. We highly recommend this listing.

Gilles is an easy contender for the kindest man in France. Let alone his hospitable acceptance and overall welcoming spirit. The peace and views of his home are very healing and much needed time to feel immersed in the landscape of the surrounding mountains. You can tell he built this place with his heart and soul and loves each moment shared in his home. All the best Gilles!

Very good stay at Nicolas's, neat and very pleasant decoration, ultra clean and very well-equipped accommodation, nothing is missing. Very pleasant exterior with bcp of activities and games for children as well as several places for parents to chill😅. Fluid communication, Nicolas is kind. We would highly recommend.

This mountain home felt like Grandma's house: charming and relaxing, but needs some updates. Despite some things not working perfectly (heat in a couple of rooms didn't work, but host provided a heater) or feeling outdated, the entire house was spotless and free of dust. We very much enjoyed the outdoor areas, going on walks every day despite the cold weather. The water in the showers was nice and hot. Our son enjoyed the collection of old toys and outdoor equipment so much! It was so quiet, dark, and peaceful at night. We drove to Entrevaux and Gorges Cian and really enjoyed both of these areas. We also walked into town but not a lot was open during Christmastime, so come prepared with your own groceries. Thank you so much to our hosts!

A charming home in the heart of Sospel, perfect for activities in the mountains or at the sea. The accommodation is quiet and clean, with space to park nearby. Élisabeth welcomed us very warmly and is available and accommodating.

Stephane communicated clearly and was very responsive. The house was fabulous and the access to town and beyond was great. Highly recommended! There were only two of us but four people would be very comfortable here.
