Townhome vacation rentals in Piedmont

Wir hatten drei Kinder mit und ich fand darauf ist man super eingegangen. Es gab genug Hochstühle, ein Reisebett, Plastikbecher und sogar einen Hocker für das Waschbecken. Einzig störend waren die Armeisen und das Piepsen von den Geräten, die die Maulwürfe fern halten sollen. Die liefen den ganzen Tag, sodass man nicht in Ruhe auf der Terrasse sitzen konnte. Sonst war die Unterkunft wirklich super. Gerne wieder und eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus und die Aussicht waren sehr schön. Allerdings ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, da das Haus relativ abgelegen ist. Mit dem Auto ist man aber innerhalb in 10 Minuten in der nächsten Stadt. Der Zufahrtsweg ist nicht für jedes Fahrzeug wegen der steile und Schmalheit geeignet.

We stayed for almost 3 weeks during the ski season and it was perfect for us and the guests who joined us. We were out most of the day and evening, either skiing, spa or snow.shoe walking in Sauze or visiting historical places nearby. There was a 5min walk to the train station where you could get the train to Turin (1hr 15min) or a bus to the ski resort (15mins). There was plenty of free parking at the appartment if you come by car and only a 15 drive to the ski resort. All the local cafes, bars and restaurants all served excellent local food and wine, and of course coffees. There were plenty more in Sauze if you want more of the night life, but we were happy with a little apres ski and the 8pm bus down to Oulx. The residents of Oulx where very hospitable and friendly and helped us with our smattering of italian. Marco was very helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. We'll definitely book to stay here again and would recommend it.

Incantevole. L’amore per l’arte di Melania traspira in questo bellissimo appartamento. La pace e la tranquillità che cercavamo hanno reso il nostro soggiorno proprio piacevole. Utilissimi anche i consigli sui dintorni che abbiamo apprezzato molto!

Fabrizio war ein toller Gastgeber. Er war immer gut erreichbar und hat uns sowohl bei der Anfahrt als auch für mögliche Aktivitäten gut beraten. Die Unterkunft war sauber. Der Geruch in der Wohnung war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Die Küchenausstattung hat schon zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Es waren auch keine Gewürze vorhanden außer ein kleines bisschen Salz. Wir haben die Küche einfach gelassen daher war das nicht so schlimm. Wenn man die Ruhe braucht und mag, ist dieses Haus perfekt.

C'était notre deuxième fois chez Rita et tout s'est de nouveau très bien passé.

Belle résidence privée avec beaucoup d'espaces verts, les logements ne sont pas les uns sur les autres. Terrain de tennis et 2 piscines : une grande de 25m pour nager et une pataugeoire. Un gardien est présent et très disponible. Le logement est suffisamment grand pour un couple et 2 enfants avec une terrasse en rez de jardin. L'environnement est calme. Merci à Cesare pour l'accueil ! Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette charmante région sur les hauteurs du lac Majeur.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le logement de Roberta. Il est très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et le logement est bien équipé. Nous étions 5, et nous avons apprécié qu'il y ait 2 salles de bain. Bon accueil de la part des propriétaires et du gérant de la piscine.

Beautiful modern house with an amazing view and big garage. Great communication with the host. The location is perfect if you are by car. You have a little market 5min walk with the most necessary things. For everything else you need a car or have to walk down stairs to the coast for about 15-20min. The walk to the stairs is not perfect, since you have to walk 40-50m on the mainroad. Important to note also that you can hear everything word by word between the two bed rooms. We would definitely come again, because overall the house was great and the location perfect to discover como.

Wir haben zwei wirklich schöne Tage bei Emanuela und ihrer Tochter Priscilla verbracht. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt – die beiden sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser dreijähriger Sohn hatte richtig viel Spaß beim Spielen mit Diletta, ihrer Enkelin – es war toll, die beiden zusammen zu sehen! Auch mit unserem Baby hat alles problemlos geklappt: Die Wohnung war sauber und gut organisiert. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und empfehlen den Aufenthalt gerne weiter. Vielen lieben Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

There is so much positive to say about this experience. Giulia and Paolo were fantastic hosts. My family of five stayed here when traveling from the US for Taylor Swift. Giulia was very responsive, with great recommendations for local eats. We loved that the home felt very safe, secure, and secluded, yet walking distance to dozens of restaurants, and a groceries store that was quaint, yet provided all the essentials. I tend to not sleep well in dusty environments due to breathing complications. No issues with that in this sterile home. The house was very clean. I felt the home was a fantastic value. Can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Giulia and Paolo for your hospitality.

Very nice host, promptly responsive and friendly. Great neighborhood in a quiet, shady street but very close to the tram line and restaurants and cafes nearby. Convenient transportation to Duomo. Old but charming townhouse with very beautiful tiled floors and decor. Washer and Dryer in the house was convenient. In hot summer weather AC helps a bit - but otherwise an Excellent Place to stay. Logement très propre, bel emplacement, paisible; Maison suffisamment vaste pour 3 adultes et 3 enfants, ce qui s'est avéré nécessaire du fait d'un temps peu clément et a permis aux enfants de réaliser des activités d'intérieur, certains jours. Situation intéressante permettant des visites de la rive lombarde du lac majeur.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön & modern eingerichtet. Genau mein Geschmack. Seba war sehr gut zu erreichen und war sehr nett & zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ruhig und entspannt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Roberto’s place is impeccable. It’s located in a quiet and beautiful area. The house is very clean and has everything you can think of. Roberto is a kind and very accommodating host. Our stay was extremely pleasant.

A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. 5 mins walk to the lake. Lenno is a lovely town and it's easy to commute to many if the other towns around the lake.

Luigia's house is the perfect place for a vacation, it has everything you need and more. when summer days are hot inside the house is cool and comfortable. Luigia is the perfect host, very friendly and she is always there in case you need something. we definitely recommend this house.

The property is laid out to a high standard, lovely, comfortable and clean with breathtaking views from both balconies. The hosts are proactive, informative and very friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer, would love to return for a longer visit and would highly recommend
