A simple comfortable and bright house, with a large living room, furnished with charming pieces. Each room leeds to a balcony ending in a rounded terrace built on a huge erratic rock which gives the name to the B&B. From there you can enjoy a beautiful sight of lake Como, its beautiful mountains, the ruins of an ancient castle and its village. At any time you can sip a drink in the terrace listening to the sweet sound of the stream flowing a few metres aside. In the evening the fresh breeze coming down from the valley makes your relaxing moments fantastic, after your baths in the lake, your trekking, your boat trips in the wonderful sites all around Nesso. B&B “Masso Grasso” is in the ancient center of Nesso, a village half way between Como and Bellagio. The “Masso Grasso” is the ideal place for those looking for a quiet place surrounded by nature and beauty. The house is in the ancient part of the village. Its charme is intact. Bus arriving from Como or Bellagio. Bus stop at 300m.

Spacious double room in an elegant period building located in a residential neighborhood in front of the Duomo, just minutes from the historic center and the lake. The room is very bright and has a private balcony with chairs, allowing you to relax and enjoy the view. The bed has a memory mattress with wardrobes, fine accessories, and a period parquet floor. Dedicated bathroom with shower. I can prepare breakfast and dinners on request. The elevator is currently unavailable. City tax €3 in cash per person per night

Enchanting & Spacious Suite in Le Langhe Hills

This enchanting and peaceful suite is part of the historic Tenuta Miranda, a BnB in the beautiful hills of Le Langhe. The apartment has a queen size bed (we changed the beds since we took the pictures!) and a fabulous bathroom with an enormous shower. There is also a kitchenette and living space that you may share with other guests. A reminder that the apartment is on the first floor with no elevator. In the heart of the historic building, you can enjoy the pleasure of staying in the room with a mini-pool for your exclusive use, with four hydromassage stations and a waterfall for neck massages. The hot tub can be used as you wish from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., and is located inside the room. The water temperature is maintained between about 30 °C and 34 °C and is sanitized with chlorine for safe bathing. In addition, the room is equipped with a ventilation system.

Pampucet is the Piedmontese name of the primrose, a flower that sprouts in our meadows from the ground hardened by the winter frost and blooms with the first rays of the sun, soft caresses of Spring. A sign of awakening and new beginnings. This is what we offer to our guests: a break and a restart. A place to regenerate and flourish surrounded by the many loves that are breathed in this ancient eighteenth-century rectory.

A peaceful luxury farmhouse in a very private location, perfect for disconnecting from everyday life. Sitting on a panoramic vantage point, it offers spectacular 360° views of the valley, hills, and the Alps. The terraced estate features olive trees, blueberries, and plum trees, surrounded by quiet forests with pathways for relaxing walks or hiking. A golf course is just a few minutes' drive away.

The room has a bathroom with shower and sink, while the private toilet with toilet is located in front of the room. You have to leave the room, cross exactly 1 linear meter of corridor and arrive at the private toilet. You will have Wi-Fi, towels, shower gel, and a hairdryer. The room is normally set up with a double bed, write to me if you wish to have two single beds for the stay.

The b & b has two bedrooms with 3 beds each, a shared bathroom and many books to read. The two rooms are named after two famous women and inside there will be small references to them. In the common area you will also find a corner of Book Crossing. The peculiarity of the B&B is a quiet and comfortable environment where you can relax.
