The location of Patricia’s place is perfect. About a 5 minute walk in a straight line from the front of the train station. There are lots of cafes and restaurants almost on the doorstep, with lots of others only minutes away. The area is surrounded with shops, from local specialty shops to high end fashion. The ferries are about a 5 minute walk away and bus only a few minutes further. Patricia was friendly and welcoming, met us on arrival, and gave us helpful and clear instructions on accessing the property and how to use things in the apartment. She was also extremely helpful and flexible with a special request. The apartment was clean and comfortable and accurate to the photos. All things needed were there.

Io e mia moglie Carla abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno incantevole da Luisa. L’appartamento, su due piani, è spazioso, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort, con un bellissimo giardino immerso nel verde che regala momenti di puro relax e tranquillità. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è perfetta, adiacente a un suggestivo percorso lungo il Ticino, ideale per passeggiate o giri in bici nella natura. Luisa è stata un’host eccezionale: accogliente, gentile e attenta. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto con acqua, biscotti e muffin, e ci ha dato preziosi consigli per visitare la zona. Al momento del checkout è venuta a salutarci con grande cordialità e ci ha anche fatto un gradito regalo: una bottiglia di vino tipico. Il centro storico nei dintorni merita assolutamente una visita. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, che consigliamo vivamente! Grazie Sig.ra Luisa per l'ospitalità impeccabile.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It was perfect for just me but can fit 4 (5 if you have someone sleep on the couch). Given the loft I’m not sure if it’s suitable for toddlers/kids who are not keen on listening. You can tell Marzio and his family care about the place with their little welcome binder that has typed up notes on the neighborhood, Chinatown, its history, and recommendations on what to try in the neighborhood. The supermarket is down the block which was super convenient. I’m a big walker and found I was no more than 20-45 mins from everywhere I wanted to go (Duomo, Milano Centrale, Four Seasons). The apartment is on the first floor and at the entrance so you do hear cars driving by and the motors of the doors when it opens up for tenants cars— if you’re a deep sleeper and plan on being gone most of the day then this shouldn’t bother much. Marzio is super responsive— so much so that I would take your time reviewing everything and evaluating your needs so you bulk your

From the minute we arrived, Ebe was there to greet us and tell us all about her property. This was our 4th Visit to Brunate and have to say we wished we had found this place sooner. Absolutely spotless in a lovely area of Brunate. Private parking space too. We love to cook some evenings and there was absolutely nothing missing from the kitchen, Ebe has thought of EVERYTHING!! I have to say we found the bed the most comfortable bed, better than ours at home!! We genuinely have nothing bad or critical to say, it is absolutely gorgeous. A real home away from home. Near great restaurants and Trattorias. If you are brave enough to go even higher up we found a great polenta restaurant. We wish Ebe all the best and we will be back 100%

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. The place was spotless, very comfortable, and had an amazing view of the Alps that made our mornings extra special. The location was perfect—close to everything in the city, with fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to answer any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Fabrizios Appartement . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine typ. Cafebar waren Fußläufig erreichbar. Die Nähe zum See und die zentrale Lage im Ort haben unseren Aufenthalt abgerundet. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche standen Grundnahrungsmittel Kaffee etc. zur Verfügung.

Hôte très à l’affût. Appartement très agréable avec un matelas très confortable. Le séjour est très moderne. La clim fonctionne bien. Tout était parfait ! Même s’il est un peu excentré il est très facile de se rendre dans le centre de Milan. Nous recommandons vivement pour une escapade en amoureux !

We were 5 people staying at their flat and really enjoyed the spacious place. Even that we didn’t use the kitchen, it stood out that it was well equipped with condiments and much more. It was a pity that one of the toilet flushes broke on the second day and it was public holiday it was not able to be fixed in the time we were there. However, we were offered a small refund which was a nice gesture that we appreciated! Would come again!

The place is amazing with some spectacular views. Kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are comfy. All the necessities are provided plus the parking space is very good and right by the house. Would specifically like to mention the hosts, Emanuela and Aurelio are probably the best hosts I came across! They were super helpful thru out my stay, recommended me the best restaurants and made reservations for me and my family as well. We found a cute welcome basket in the kitchen as well, which had everything we needed for the breakfast. This gesture by the host really made us feel like we’re at home. Would defo come again! 10/10! 😊

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Wir fanden alles wie beschrieben vor. Besonders wichtig war für uns, dass die Unterkunft barrierefrei mit Rollstuhl zu erreichen und zu bewohnen ist. Das war wirklich perfekt. Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang: Alles war vorhanden, um sich nach der Ankunft mit dem Nötigsten zu versorgen. Sehr aufmerksam und gastfreundlich !! Nikolay was very easy and friendly to communicate with throughout my stay. The place is so close to Zara metro and Isola so it’s a great location and so simple to get to the centre and to Centrale station if you’re visiting the lakes. Thank you for such a brilliant stay.

La zona dell'appartamento è in un posto strategico per chi ama lo sport e attività varie, in pochi minuti di macchina sei in alta montagna e nelle valli circostanti. Alloggio spazioso e pulito. Nous tenons sincèrement à remercier Cristiano pour son acceuil et sa gentillesse. Present le jour de notre arrivée il s'est adapté à notre heure, il a été extrêmement proactif et nous a donné de bons conseils. L'appartement est extrêmement propre et fonctionnel, il dispose de tout le nécessaire. Je tiens à souligner le calme absolu du quartier. Il est possible de stationner dans le quartier sur des places gratuites et payantes ( le tarif pour la journée est beaucoup moins cher qu'en France). L'appartement est très bien situé pour profiter du lac, du centre historique et commerçant de Côme. Les transports en commun sont facilement accessibles. Une gare de train situé à 10min à pied permet de profiter d'une journée à Milan. L'appartement proposé par Cristiano est d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons
