The house is spectacular, comfortable, beautiful, all of good quality and good taste. The area is super quiet, good eparqueadero space, the BBQ area is excellent, it has a large green area and beautiful views of the mountains. For those who travel and don't know the area, wear repeelente is the only recommendation for future travelers.

Super recommended, the house very cozy, everything impeccable with everything you need for our stay that was 10 super rigged days. It is located in a very safe and quiet place, central to everything; shopping center, restaurants and so on, quick scroll to anywhere in Bucaramanga, it was pleasant our stay we felt super comfortable and rigged. The hosts are very attentive, friendly and always ready for every detail, congratulations. I would go back to the same place.

If you like a place to stay without worries about the security of your family, this is the right place. The walking trails are amazing. Also, the cabin has a beautiful view. A very peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place with all the facilities for a great holidays with the familiy

A very peaceful, comfortable and pleasant place. It is identical to the photos and listing description. The area is very quiet and allows you to enjoy a rest surrounded by nature and beautiful landscapes. The house and the vegetation of the place are very well cared for. The climate of the area is spectacular and the location allows tranquility, but at the same time it is easy to get around to visit the tourist sites of the Mesa de los Santos. I highly recommend this place and look forward to returning in the future.

I loved the apartment, very clean, close to pharmacies and shops, we loved that we had everything we needed, our hostess was very helpful, she responded quickly and made the apartment easier for us when we arrived in the city that was very late, almost at 1am. Thank you very much for such excellent attention!.

Katherine's apartment was an excellent place for us to stay during a medical trip to Colombia. It is just a 3-minute drive to the hospital, which was very convenient. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay; the beds are cozy, the hot showers have great pressure, and the kitchen has all the cooking and eating utensils you might need. The hostess even provided a fan for added comfort during our recovery after surgery. The building itself is accommodating, and the security guards are very helpful with calling taxis and offering local suggestions. A large pool is available for guests, although it has limited hours. There is also a playground directly below the apartment, where children play happily in the afternoons. The playground closes at 6 PM to ensure a quiet environment for everyone. Additionally, there is a decent gym for workouts. The best part of our stay was the hostess. She was proactive, kind, helpful, and always available to assist us. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect, everything is close by. I loved the place because you can walk there without needing a car. José always responds quickly and solves any problem.

The apartment has a great location, especially if you need to be near the UIS or the stadium, as both are within walking distance. It's a fairly busy area, which is convenient for getting around easily. The space is comfortable, well laid out and has adequate amenities for a pleasant stay. Overall a good option to stay in the city.

My stay in this apartment was exceptional from the moment I arrived, the hospitality of Manuela and Alba was unsurpassed, making sure everything was perfect for my arrival. The place is just as described, even better: clean, comfortable and with a decor that makes you feel right at home. The location is excellent and has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Excellent place, private, comfortable and with everything you might need for an excellent stay. Secure parking and a very good location near the center of town and shopping, but with many green areas and tranquility in its surroundings.

This is a great place to stay, if you’re running errands or have to visit Centro International de Especialistas or El Pinar Clinic is very accessible and convenient. The place was immaculate clean, swimming pool was great, concierge and security staff are amazing. Clara & Miguel are super nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely on my next trip to Bucaramanga I’m staying at this place again 10 stars to this place. Great experience.
