Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pictou County

Stayed here for 3 months. Spot was perfect, centrally located and spacious in a great neighbourhood. Had everything we need for our stay and was well stocked. Candace was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!!

We have stayed at Wendall's place twice in both of his units. Obvious care has been taken to select furnishings that work well with the space. The hot tub is huge hit with our bowling team. Place was well organized, tidy and clean. Wendall has always responded promptly. Look forward to out next stay.

Five stars! I know I'm not the first reviewer to say this, but the photos don't do this place justice. It's so spacious and has lovely little architectual details that don't show up in the pics. Loved the luxury of having two bathrooms while traveling with a friend, especially the ensuite one in the master bedroom. Robert's place is squeaky clean and with a home-y vibe. The beds and pillows were comfortable and seemed new-ish and I appreciated finding a nice tea selection after a long day on the road. My friend was grateful to have a soak in the clawfoot tub (which was kitted out with all sorts of salts/bath bombs, etc) after travelling. When she realized the hair blowdryer was missing, we messaged Robert and he came over immediately with a new one. We both really appreciated that, and how quickly he responded. Glad we found this little gem!

Jeff's place, Mya's Retreat, was just about perfect for me. It was super clean, all brand new, and well equipped in a compact and comfortable space. It felt very private but I didn't feel isolated. Not only was Jeff very approachable and friendly through the app as soon as I reserved the space but his daughter was also very kind and helpful. Jeff was away and told me that she was staying next door. When I ended up getting sick the second day I was in town, I contacted her to see if she had any throat lozenges and she ended up bringing me some herbal tea and all the lozenges she had as well as going out and picking me up some more meds. I felt that anything I needed, she would respond promptly. Jeff even contacted me when he heard I'd been sick and generously offered to compensate me to make up for a lost day of my visit. This was totally above and beyond! I would definitely return there and recommend it to anyone who would respect the hospitality in return.

We had a great stay at Valerie’s. A perfect location to spend time with friends off the grid. The home is spacious with everything you would need. We had 11 adults there comfortably. Valerie was quick to respond with any questions we had. We hope to be back!

This is our 4th summer staying with Brenda; her space is clean, fully outfitted with everything you need in the kitchen, and the sunset is excellent. Thanks Brenda!

I travel alot and this was the nicest stay that i have ever had. It was besutiful and lots of room and location was greatvand a good view communciation was great will be booking again

Eigg Mountain was very cozy and welcoming. Many extras and fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the sauna and spacious outdoor area with sliding hills and fire pit. Yummy homemade bread, jam and muffins!

We were so fortunate to spend spring break at Mark's place with our 3 kids. Upon walking in the view of the ocean is breathtaking. Mark has done an impeccable job renovating this place. The kitchen is a dream (hello gas oven ❤️) and the shower is super cool. The basement was perfect for our two older kids to have their own space. We really appreciated all the games and activities he provided - hours of fun just with monopoly and scrabble. That's the thing about this place - being inside it is a vacation in itself. So many touches to this place that make it stand out from the many others we have stayed. Thank you so much for sharing your space with us.

Mary's place exceeded our expectations! Even lovelier than the photos, this spacious and lovingly restored character home is full of charm, with beautiful morning light and cozy furnishings. The location was great and within easy walking distance to town. The house is well-equipped for any length of stay, with a fantastic kitchen, desks in every room, and a cute patio overlooking the backyard. Strong wifi was a definite bonus! Mary was a wonderful host - friendly, a great communicator, and easy to reach. We were lucky to have the chance to chat with her after she returned from a hike on the ocean floor, which apparently was just a short drive away (how cool is that?!). Highly recommend this beautiful home for your stay in New Glasgow. Thank you, Mary! We hope to stay with you again soon.

We were in the area for work and really enjoyed our stay here. The beds are super comfortable. Location is perfect for getting to the highway or close to the amenities. We would return here anytime.
