This is my second January at Kite Beach staying in Elizabeth’s lovely condo. It’s right on the beach and easy to walk to local restaurants. About 30 mins walk into Cabarete. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful beach. Ocean swimming as well as having a beautiful pool. It’s just such a great find. Can’t wait to come back. It was very hard to leave 😿😿

We could not have asked for a better week. You really feel a sense of community staying here. Everyone that we encountered was so friendly and engaging. The condo itself was perfect. Walkable to two restaurants right on the beach in either direction and an easy drive down to the main grocery. This is my third time in Cabarete in less than a year and this has honestly been my favorite place that I have stayed. Alexander is awesome! Helpful and responsive right when you need him! I will definitely be back!

We had a great time in Perla Marina. The house was spacious, well taken care of and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. We didn't sped a great deal of time in the pool, but it was nice when we did. The property manager, Jose, was very helpful & responsive to any questions.

This was truly one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed, and it made my birthday celebration truly memorable. From the moment we booked, Damaris and her team went above and beyond—so kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. It felt like we were talking to a family member, not just a host. They answered every question we had, gave us amazing recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully set up. Each of us had our own space to relax, but we were still able to be together and enjoy each other’s company. It was the perfect balance. You could tell a lot of love and intention went into every detail. I’m so grateful for this experience. Thank you to Damaris and her team for their warmth and hospitality that truly made us feel at home. God bless them—they played such a big part in making this trip so special for our family. I would recommend this stay a thousand times over.

Alexander is very friendly and a fantastic host. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely visit again. The home was perfect for our family of four. It was very clean and close to the local public beach and within walking distance to Santa Fe, which is a great place to visit as well. The restaurant, Maria’s, is just a short walk away and very delicious.

Very nice, calm and spacious place, this was great ! Right on the beach, great pool area allowing to sun bath directly in front of the sea ! Perfect place for kitesurfer, wingsurfer or even morning SUP on the reef wave ! The building staff is very nice and welcoming. The place feels secure. You also have access to the kitesurfing school which give you access to the compressor ;-) Ben is very responsive and a great host who provide a lot of good recommandation !

This was truly one of the nicest locale that we had rented on our many trips to the Caribbean islands. The apartment was spotless and super comfortable with the 5th floor gorgeous views of the bay from the large balcony. There was absolutely everything we may needed and more in this unit . two nicely appointed bedrooms and 2 full baths helps al lot if there is more then 2 people traveling. There was very welcoming staff at the reception that helped us with our bags all the way from the parking. Francesco was also the most responsive host that we had experienced so far with lots of quick recommendations about local restaurants, very professional and yet friendly personality. The pool behind the building is just epic and the beach on the other side 2 min walk is very long and pleasant especially in the mornings and evenings before the sun set. The near by restaurant Riviera, right on the beach offers delicious dishes and we had a great time there as well. We'll be returning soon.
