Fernanda was always very helpful. I would immediately answer any questions. She was attentive and flexible both at check-in and check-out. Her parents greeted us to hand over the keys and are extremely friendly. The house is exactly as described in the listing. Spacious, organized, clean, soft sheets, blankets and towels, with all the accessories for preparing food and coffee. Wonderful view. Integrated living room with super spacious kitchen. Fireplace, air conditioning, internet, TV with all channels. Only compliments, with just one complaint. Wonderful place to enjoy with up to 8 people (4 couples, for example). We can't wait to come back.

We were greeted with great joy by the host, who prepared a very special reception right at the entrance: coffee, chocolates and a super affectionate note awaited us, a gesture that already showed all the care and affection with which we would be welcomed. The house is impeccable — extremely clean, cozy and with a wonderful fireplace that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. Patricia was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay. At the time of our departure, she came to say goodbye in person and even presented us with delicious seasonal fruits, which surprised us positively. We certainly intend to return at a future opportunity. The place is quiet, with easy access to the market, pharmacy and the main tourist spots in the region.

A gem of accommodation! We were very well received by Hilária, a lovely person! The house is really like grandma's houses, very cozy. The space is very well cared for! The attention and affection shine through in the lavender path, the guest garden, and the tidiness and cleanliness of the house! Congratulations! We already want to go back and recommend it to everyone who wants an experience outside the coldness of traditional tourism!

Excellent experience, impeccable and super well-equipped apartment. The location is a strong point, very close to the center, there is a mini market on the corner, but it is on a very quiet street, providing even more comfort. Without a doubt, we will return more often.

The stay was very positive. We met the host, she introduced us to the place and gave us the key. Bed linen, bath and utensils all at hand. Rooms with air conditioning. It helped improve the experience. The location is perfect, close to the center of Gramado, and you can walk if you want, close to other sights in the city. And the place offered us everything we needed, even though it wasn't described as a heated pool, machines for communal use in the building. Anyway, it was much better than I expected. I highly recommend it!!!

We love the house! Just like what's advertised. We were even surprised by the size! Super spacious. Large rooms, clean and fragrant linens and towels. Well-structured kitchen with washing machine, microwave and oven; wood stove and barbecue. The location is simply fantastic for those who want moments of peace. A beautiful view of nature, you can only hear the birds and the waterfall.
