We live on a very quiet cul-de-sac and offer 2 private parking spaces for 4 apartments. It takes about 4 minutes by car and about 15 minutes on foot, where at the end of this street there is a staircase that connects the access towards the central neighborhood. Family atmosphere, where we give our partners privacy and freedom with a beautiful view of the city and sunset.

Duplex apartment with two bedrooms, one on the bottom with a queen-size bed, air-conditioning. Another upstairs with a double bed, single bed with auxiliary, air-conditioning and anteroom with sofa bed. In the living/dining room, there is a sofa bed, dining table for 6 people, air-conditioning, TV. Full kitchen, barbecue, hot water in the taps, except in the upstairs bathroom, washing machine, iron. Hair dryer in both bathrooms.

We are located in the interior of Nova Petrópolis, in a bucolic village called Nove Colônias, 15 minutes from the center. Our chalet was built entirely of native Brazilian pine, providing warmth and comfort to our guests.
