Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Phuoc Long B

This was a great place to stay our first time traveling to Vietnam. Great neighborhood for visitors. Tuyen was very helpful and responsive and the apartment was as pictured, we had a great experience!

Kevin place is of walkable distance to Ben Thant Market! Concealed in an alley but felt safe. Kevin is a responsive host!

Exactly same as photos and everything was very neat and clean, it’s in a great location nice quiet street lots of restaurants and cafes. The gentleman who looks after the front is really good at his job

I had a really relaxing stay at Tony and Bella’s apartment. The space was clean, well-designed, and had everything I needed. The building itself felt upscale and secure, and the facilities like the pool and gym were a great bonus. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well throughout the stay. The location was also really convenient. It was quiet and easy to unwind, but just a short Grab ride from District 1 so getting around was no problem. Everything was smooth and hassle-free.

this is my first airbnb where check-in was extremely seamless and uncomplicated and i genuinely appreciate that. even though there were no lifts and the way up to the apartment is dark and narrow, we still felt safe and at least the other inhabitants were private and mindful! it would be nice to have simple clothing rack where we can air clothes and towels. otherwise, the amenities were substantial, bed is clean and i really liked the electric air freshener in the toilet. slayed!!

Very comfortable bed and great bathroom amenities. The flat is on a cool alley with some nice restaurants and shops. The host was responsive, helpful, and kind. Would stay again!

Big enough room to sleep 10 easily. Full of nostalgia items decorated all over the place yet well maintained and clean. Anh and Le were responsive and provide help whenever asked of. A quiet area yet within 10 mins walk to the Ben Thanh market. Nice coffee place around the area and convenience stall within 5 mins walk as well. Can also walk to Saigon centre within 15 mins. Recommended!

Vey nice house and I love it

We were a little surprised at first by this small alley and this atypical accommodation different from the others, but also very quickly got used to it. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and in a good location and communication with the host went well.

We had a wonderful stay at Thuy’s place. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was Thuy’s warmth and hospitality. she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and even took the time to chat, which made our experience even more special. We truly appreciated her kindness and will definitely be back. Thank you, Thuy, for such a lovely stay.

The host (Huy aka Robert) was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was as advertised. Beautiful view from the 20th floor of the building. The apartment was very well-equipped so i didn’t need to buy much else. There are plenty of shops, restaurants nearby so not a problem if you don’t like cooking your own food.

Only thing I have to say is the airbnb looked different from the photos listed but I’m not complaining since it was even better in person. Host should really update photos! My friends and I enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet and had many stores around.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!

This was our second time staying with this host and we couldn’t be happier. The check-in process was seamless & the host was extremely responsive. The place was spotless, the building security staff were very friendly—something you don’t experience at other locations. It’s also very close to all the amenities we needed. What truly stood out during this visit was the level of safety. My wife accidentally left her expensive bag which contained passports, a large amount of cash & real gold jewelry. The value was close to $20000 AUD. We immediately contacted the host & and within minutes the bag was returned to us with everything intact. We are incredibly grateful for this experience. A massive thank you from both of us🙏 We look forward to our next stay with you.

We chose this place because it's the only Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh that offers free access to both the pool and gym. At most other Airbnbs, you have to pay for every use, but here, you can use the gym and pool anytime you want at no extra cost. The location is great, it's close to District 1 but situated in a quiet and less busy area. The host is very prompt and efficient, regularly checking in to see how our stay is going and asking if we need anything. We requested extra towels, and they delivered them right away after I messaged Hai Yen. I love the gym equipment, they have everything you need. The only thing missing is music to help motivate gym-goers while working out. The pool is also great, it's large and well-maintained. There's even a Family Mart downstairs, so if you get hungry, you can just head down and grab a snack or meal.

Host was very friendly and accommodating! Can be a little difficult to drive to District 1 if it’s peak hour, but plan ahead and you’ll be good to go. Would definitely recommend.

Mai was a great host. My favorite Air BnB in Vietnam thus far. Very cozy and had all listed amenities. Would stay here again!
