This riverside retreat offers stunning views of the Chaopraya River! I spent 2 nights here and was impressed by the refreshing breezes and spectacular sunset vistas each evening. Though the building shows some age, it's well-maintained by the attentive owner. The 2-bedroom apartment had all amenities as listed, and having a 7-11 downstairs was incredibly convenient. The pool area was lovely and clean. Being close to Asiatique is great for those interested in shopping and dining. The fast Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. BRT Pariwat nearby made transportation easy. If you're looking for a peaceful place with breathtaking river views and comfortable accommodations, I highly recommend this spot! The sunsets over the Chaopraya alone make it worth booking.

Had a great stay at Lily’s place. It’s as seen in the pictures and lily is very responsive. 7/11, restaurants and BTS all within walking distance. Place was clean ! Would stay here again if required. Well worth the price

My stay at Sandy’s was very comfortable. The condo is a piece of quiet in busy Bangkok. Close to public transport and lots of food options around. The gym, pool, and coworking space made this a relaxing stay. Sandy was also super responsive and offered many great suggestions of things to do and places to eat. I would stay again :)

The accommodation is very clean, with no bad smells in the gallery or the room. I was personally impressed. You can hear birds in the morning and evening, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. 10/10 instantly rebooked again to stay 1 more week. Perfect place for a solo traveler, not expensive, and has all basic amenities. Wifi speed is good (more than 100 mbps). The neighborhood is quiet, no problem to sleep at night. Also there are plenty of food places around. Rama 3 shopping mall is in 5-10 minutes by bike.

We enjoyed Vincent’s apartment and extended for a further week to relax and enjoy. The surrounding park, views of nature and comfortable apartment and beds made our family stay very enjoyable. Vincent was a pleasure to deal with and we can highly recommend his apartment for a stay in Bangkok.

I recommend everyone to stay at this place! The hosts are super nice, the rooms are really cool, and they serve great breakfast and coffee every morning. Although there's not much to do nearby, there's a BRT bus stop that takes you downtown within a 5-minute walk.

What's there not to say about this place. it's absolutely amazing. Yes it's in Bangkok where there is loads going on. But it's tucked away from the main road. it's in the right locations you can get to anywhere in Bangkok from there. there is loads of street food places whee you can eat till yout heart content. the room apartment is lovely. aircon was a treat to cool you down after a long day outside sightseeing. the host is always on hand answer any questions .

Great neighborhood. Surprisingly quiet at night. Grab and taxis had a difficult locating after putting location in but didnt take long to sort out and get there. I will definitely keep this place in mind when staying in the area again.

Great Stay & Excellent Communication I had a great experience staying at Sandy’s place! Communication was excellent—Sandy was always very responsive and helpful. There was a small issue at the beginning regarding a kitchen knife, but she quickly sent the housekeeper to bring one, along with a coffee, which was a really nice touch. The only downside was that I did see a few cockroaches during my stay. However, I believe this is more of a building issue rather than the apartment itself. Sandy was very proactive—she provided insect spray, shared information about the last pest control treatment, and assured me she would speak with the building management about it. Overall, a really great experience, and I definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great stay here! The place looks exactly like the photos—clean, modern, and well-maintained. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. It’s also conveniently located near the BTS, which made getting around the city super easy. One of the highlights was a cozy cafe - Single Lane Specialty Coffee just around the corner where we grabbed our morning coffee every day. The owner was also very responsive to messages, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The house was perfect for my family of 5. It's interior was beautiful, clean and organised, just like the pictures. Everything that we needed was available and more. Truly felt like being back at my own home. It's close enough to the busy street of Sukhumvit Rd, where everything is available, yet far enough from the sounds of the busy Sukhumvit Rd. Our stay there was quiet and peaceful. A definite recommendation to stay at Mint's if you are visiting Bangkok with a large family. Looking forward to stay again at Mint's on my next trip to Bangkok in the near future.
