Good, but the smell of the mattress and TV equipment should be updated. The air conditioner smells bad.

Highly recommend !! Perfect location to discover those monuments. Walkable distance !! Night Market just right outside the Bnb Room is clean and quiet . And the host is friendly and quick response .

We had an amazing stay at Heaven 77. The House was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The cozy garden with the fireplace & comfortable living area made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect with spectacular views. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always prompt, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated the amazing breakfast with its presentation. It’s clear they put effort into creating a memorable experience for their guests. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Khai Yai and hope to return in the future. My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Suwutcha's place. The location is exceptionally serene and private, nestled within a charming local neighborhood that offered a true sense of tranquility. Vaya’s place was so peaceful, located in a quiet tucked away neighborhood. Highly recommend, definitely beneficial to have a car to get here and get around.

Place is set in a very beautiful and quiet area. 5 to 15 minutes to very nice Cafes. Place is extremely well stocked especially the kitchen. Bedding and towels are top notch. Pool was very well maintained during our stay. The grounds are huge and kept very clean.Sarah was quick to respond.

A perfect break from the city, we both slept so well here. The rooms are unique, offering a quiet and cosy atmosphere. Cute place for relaxing and the staff are very attentive. We had a lovely sunset sky too. The green curry is delishious - a must have if ordering off the cafe menu. A few friends staying here together would be awesome 😎👍🏼.

Amazing time for our family

This was an amazing place to stay! We loved being on the river, laying in the hammock over the water with fish beneath us and plants floating by. The breakfast was beyond expectations! We also took the boat ride and fed the elephants, so much fun! We would definitely come back !!!
