Recommended this homestay to all friends coming to the city!Super beautiful room style, conveniently located to all attractions, close to the roadside but not noisy at night. This bed is so comfortable!The room is very clean. Sanitary napkins, board games, etc. are prepared at the door. Perfect. I must stay here for one night if I have the chance.

Great place to stay the only thing that i have to say is that the internet is kind of slow but everything else really cozy and friendly people .

Good place to stay in Ayutthaya, safe and peaceful. I can live like a local style. Appreciate in Lyla’s passion, she willing to help her guest. Room was great decorated. Free snack and water in room. There are all facility the same as photo. Nice staff!👍🏻 Ms. Ruth, Lyla’s sister, she is nice too. So recommend!!!

We extended our stay because I had a health issue, and this was the best place to recover without a doubt. They are excellent hosts and were very attentive to my health. The cleanliness of this place is phenomenal, it radiates peace and tranquility, and the Baiput team 10/10. It is very close to the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, night market and temples. Don't hesitate to stay in this wonderful place. I'll be back, Baiput friends ☺️💛

Very nice condo close to DMK and the SkyTrain 🚆. There is a big mall by the train station platform. This unit is an easy 2-3 minute walk to the train which you can use to access the entire city. Condo is immaculate has everything in good order. Very clean with very good sheets and towels. Hot water works well and has good pressure. WiFi and air con work well as do all the other appliances including the washing machine. You can easily dry clothes quickly on the balcony drying racks. You don’t really need air con always as the breeze comes in through the patio door when open but there are 2 air con units one in the bedroom and one in the living room that work very well. The building has good security, amenities (pool and gym) and is quiet. The host is really nice and professional. She always explained things very well and answered my messages promptly. She helped me with information about getting around the city and even allowed me to check out later since I had a night flight :)

Loved staying at Mai’s place! She’s a wonderful host with many recommendations around the area. We’ve become great friends in the time we stayed here. The place was perfect and so cute—loved the decor. The building was great and everyone was very friendly. The amenities are amazing and always kept up. Pro tip: pay a visit to the restaurant on the main floor. 10/10 would recommend this place!!

Even though, we stayed for a few days it’s was good location as it’s close to Impact Arena and there’s many street food vendors near by. Overall, a nice place stay.

Good and quiet place

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

Good room to nothing to complain about unless you don't like to walk in a steep staircase dor to go to the bathroom. But or really good.

Charn is a gem, very friendly and caring. Stay is really good.
