Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Philipstown

This space is so lovely, the hot tub worked perfectly and provided many cozy nights outside. The plants are BEAUTIFULLY tender and bring a loving atmosphere to the space. the linen sheets were so wonderful at the end of the day. we made it up the hill in a Honda insight, but if it were a tiny bit icy I don't think we would have been able to make it. definitely use 4wd if you have it. the hosts were very responsive. if the noise is too much in the bedroom at night (critters, rain,etc.) be sure to use the fan they provide, it helped us a lot :) the kitchen was a delight to use. sharp knives. big, metal surfaces. nice gas stove. big fridge.

Enrique's place was conveniently located near Rhinebeck, but alao far enough away that it was peaceful and quiet. Worth having a drink in the tavern at Beekman Arms and breakfast sandwiches at Rhinebeck Bagels. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Enrique was a wonderful, informative host, and available if we needed (we didn't). Overall, we had a nice, relaxing weekend.

My family had a fabulous 4 night stay at Tina’s place! There was plenty of space to lounge around and we all enjoyed the hot tub. We were a short drive to so many restaurants, farms, breweries and hiking spots. Tina responded immediately every time we asked a question. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was well stocked and clean upon arrival. We had a bit of trouble with the lock at first, but then everything got sorted, Leah was quick to respond and check in with us to make sure everything was going well! The area is quiet and about a 20-30 minute drive away from most things. There was a lot of open communal space for our group to hang out. Kitchen and bathrooms were perfect.

Beautiful home with amazing views. The house was very clean and spacious, the views were amazing. Susanna was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We had a very relaxing weekend and enjoyed very much staying at the house. We would love to come back.

Great spot to gather with friends. So close to trails and lovely towns. Loved the wood stove and hot tub!

We live nearby, but had lots of family together for the holidays and couldn't all fit in one house, so having Ike's place within 10 minutes was extremely convenient. The two bedrooms were just what we needed! Ike was very understanding of our situation and very responsive. He let me know a few days ahead of our stay that the new washing machine was in need of repair and wouldn't be available for us to use, but offered to give us a card to use at a local laundromat. I thought that was very thoughtful! Thankfully, it wasn't an issue for us since we had access to our own washer & dryer. We didn't spend a lot of time at the house except for sleeping, but everything was very comfortable! :) Ike e-mailed us the directions for getting into the house, accessing the Wi Fi and all the information we would need on where to find things. He also listed all the directions before checking out, so we didn't have any questions while we were there. Thanks, Ike!

We had a wonderful stay at Gretchen's home! There were no surprises as the description was right on and gave us everything we needed. The location was beautiful and the hot tub was an added bonus which many in our family enjoyed. Honestly, we didn't want for anything. Tons of space (inside and out) - a great kitchen with all anyone could need to prepare meals and a large living room for us to root for USA in the Olympics!! Gretchen was responsive and very friendly in all communication. We all felt lucky to be together in such a wonderful environment. THANK YOU GRETCHEN!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Jasmine's and Kyle's! Their home is very clean and was spacious for the 4 of us to relax and have an enjoyable time. They included a lot of nice and thoughtful touches, such as separate towels for the hot tub and even disposable slippers for outdoor use (i.e., travel back and forth from the hot tub). The kitchen is very nice, well stocked, clean. And a great location to many of the local hotspots.

My daughters and I really enjoyed our stay at Jacks place. The house is beautiful, and the surrounding private property is stunning. Nicole was very helpful whenever I had any questions.

Dee was very responsive when we could not locate the wine opener and rectified the situation. The house is great for a large group. Was perfect way to celebrate a bride in a non traditional bachelorette type way.

I would stay at Alluvions place time and time again! It was nestled in such a private area but still felt close to everything we needed. The home was BEAUTIFUL, perfect for large families for the holidays. It was depicted exactly as shown, very spacious and stocked with everything a family could need (including a playroom)! Even though we spent 5 days there as a family, it didn't feel like enough as no one wanted to leave. Once you unpack, you just feel at home.

Our second time at Hopewell Junction did not disappoint. We love this home because Anuja really understands what a guest needs and would like - so many extra touches, like beautiful linens, nice soaps and shampoos, wood for fire, lots of cookware and serving pieces, and beautiful art. Beds are comfy and towels are top notch. It snowed while we were there, beautiful, and the drive was promptly plowed. Our friends speak Danish, and they kept using the word hygge for the house. (Cosy and welcoming) We agree and will definitely be back. Thank you Anuja for another lovely stay!

Great location, beautiful scenic views, very private with all amenities a small group needs for a perfect vacation or friends and family meet. Highly recommend it. EV charger in the garage was a big relief since we came in with two EVs. Easy check in. No difficulty in finding the house. Lisa was a great host. We will come back again.

Yvette's home was absolutely wonderful! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and every little detail was thoughtfully arranged. Yvette was an exceptional host—super friendly, responsive, and always communicative. She made sure we had everything we needed and provided great local recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

This place is so nice and peaceful...it's almost spa-like with the hot tub and sauna all to yourself! It's an awesome place to get away from the city(in just a couple of hours) and have complete relaxation! its super clean, and the host was so friendly! Will definitely try and come back!

This is our second time visiting this Airbnb and my family and I just love it! We really enjoyed the upgrades to the bathroom and kitchen sink.

This place matches its description perfectly. It is very secluded and all amenities are as described. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Surrounding area is gorgeous and easy to navigate. There are so many fun board/card games provided. The very cute town of Hudson, NY is a short drive away, and there are plenty of great little hikes around of varying degrees of difficulty. The hot tub works perfectly. Olivia was a delight to rent from - so communicative and all her instructions were super clear! Would gladly stay again.

The place was perfect for our group of 7 adults. Four large bedrooms and three baths. The kitchen was well equipped and the living area was comfortably furnished. John was the perfect host. He kept in contact throughout our stay in case we needed anything. He provided us with recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area. Lots of great hiking not far from the house. Everyone had a great time and are looking forward to a return trip.

My partner and I enjoyed our little quick much needed getaway. Cabin was quaint and comfortable. Hot tub with a full moon overlooking the river was so peaceful. Lots of wildlife, even a pair of Eagles made an appearance. Nearby hiking during the day and delicious dinner in town at night. Erica was great in sending messages a few days prior with recommendations of where to dine and visit. Much needed escape was worth it!

Beautiful Airbnb. The hot tub was clean and perfect after a long day. There were plenty of extra towels and the bathroom was gorgeous. It felt as if a lot of thought went into setting this place up so we would have everything we could need - from wood for the fireplace to lighting around the hot tub to coffees and teas for the morning.

This place was so peaceful and gorgeous! We stayed here during the A Weekend in the Life event and it was such an easy drive into town and to all the activities. The house itself had great amenities and things to do! During our stay, the heater did break, but our host was on top of it. The house has a pellet stove that kept it toasty, so she had 5 bags of pellets delivered to the house for us, she had someone come out and service the pellet stove and she had someone come out to service the heat all in one day! They were accommodating and helpful. We also had our dogs with us who has plenty of space and the airbnb didn’t smell like dog. You couldn’t tell it was a pet friendly place. We loved it!

I only wish we could have stayed longer. We have visited this area many times, but this is our first staying here. The house was charming, cozy, and comfortable. I loved the bedding, and the sound of Esopus Creek was truly healing in a stressful time. The check-in and check-out was very straightforward, and we loved looking at the stars while using the hot tub. I enjoyed looking through the books and marvelous cd collection, and we plan to return as soon as I have a day off again. I had actually driven past this home several times when camping and hiking in the area, but never stopped. Grateful I found this unique home!
