沖縄本島北部、やんばる国立公園内にあるコテージ 世界自然遺産エリアにも近く 大自然の中にあり電線も上下水道も引かれていません 電気はソーラーエネルギーを利用し Wi-Fiはスターリンクを使用して宇宙からWi-Fiが届きます 夜は近くに街灯も無いため満点の星空 満月の月明かりはとても幻想です 騒音もほとんどなく穏やかな休日を過ごすことができます！ 敷地内には、国の特別天然記念物ヤンバルクイナやノグチゲラなどの貴重な生き物が生息しており、動物観察に最適です。運が良ければベランダからノグチゲラを見ることができます 余った電気は蓄電池に貯めて使用します 雨が降り続いたときはエアコンは使用できない可能性があります オフグリッドハウスを建てたい方にも最適なコテージで 設備もホストがデザインしましたので 説明会も別料金で案内可能です 水道は近くの清流から高性能なフィルターを通して 利用します。 排水は清流に流したくないので、排水をトイレに再利用し、余った排水は敷地内にて蒸発させています 台風が来ると道が倒木で通行止めになりますので直前でキャンセルになります。台風時の宿泊はできません

神の島が見える、絶好のロケーションで心身共に癒される旅に。 朝日が目前に登り、満月も海の上を照らします。 歩いて5分程でビーチにも行けます。 キッチンがありませんので、ご希望の方には屋外の卓上でBBQができるように、鉄板とカセットコンロをご用意しております。食材はご自身でご準備ください。ご希望であれば、こちらでもご用意いたします。コンロ等のご使用は屋外のみでお願いします。静かな環境なので、騒音等ご注意下さい。 周りは民家しかない為、近くの飲食店まで車で10分程です。 お部屋ですが、当方居住地に離れがあり、そこに宿泊になります。 敷地内にプールもございますので、遊泳可能です。 周りに自然が多い為、虫なども多いのでご了承ください。 那覇空港より車で40分程です。バスで来る事も可能ですが、レンタカーをお勧めいたします。 ご希望であれば、空港で受け渡し返却可能な便利なレンタカーもご紹介いたします。 お子様(中学生以下)は半額で承ります(スペシャルオファー) 未就学児は基本無料ですが、布団が必要な場合はお子様料金を頂きます。 施設内の破損等はお客様でご負担して頂きますのでご注意ください。

Private Beach House. Panoramic Deck Views 110sqm

The house was built in 2005 but the first floor was partially renovated in October 2024. There is an outside deck that has panoramic ocean views. Bedding is one queen, one double and two single beds. There is also a futon mattress if needed (not super comfy). The house is in a residential area so refrain from making loud noise especially after dark. Being surrounded by nature near the ocean, you may occasionally encounter seasonal insects outdoors, particularly around lights at night.

160年の古民家を2023年にリノベーションしました。総敷地700坪（2300㎡）、建物170㎡ととても広々としています。熊本城まで車で8分の距離にありながら、喧騒から離れて落ち着いてゆっくりくつろいでいただけるコテージです。お庭には、160年以上前からある大きなクスノキや、黒松、紅葉、竹林など木々やお花にあふれていて、四季折々の木々や草花を堪能していただけます。ホストが隣接する建物に住んでおりますので、何かと安心してお過ごしいただけます。大きく深呼吸をして、心からリフレッシュしてください。 ●ご留意点 ・木々が生い茂る庭があるため、蚊や虫が多くいます。虫はどうしても苦手という方はお楽しみいただくことが難しいかもしれません。 ・当施設は、とても静かな住宅地にあります。20時以降、お庭やデッキでの大きな声での会話はお控えください。
