Nice place to stay, great location , walking distance to MOA,the host was very responsive and considerate. Overall a very nice place to stay.

I received so much more than expected. Everyone at Pine Acres went too above and beyond anything I could have possibly hoped for. Everything was above and beyond expectations. Bryan is Superman. Bryan's staff gives new meaning to excellence. if you want respect, give respect and you will get respect at Pine Acres. Pay attention, follow simple instructions, respect and appreciate. Do that and you will never find better bang for your $$$

The accommodation was spotless and well-equipped for our stay. I especially appreciated the hot shower 😁. It's conveniently located near the market and convenience stores, with easy access to transportation. I'm grateful the host allowed us a few extra hours due to our flight schedule. I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again.

Great location easy access to everything - beach, restaurants, gym, grocery and pharmacy. The room was well-equipped with toiletries and drinking water, and since we stayed for a couple of weeks, Rochie thoughtfully arranged for regular replenishments. She was incredibly accommodating and quick to address any concerns we had. Her hospitality really made us feel at home.

The place is very nice. There are guards who will help you in finding your parking slot. But if you can find your way on your own, it is okay too.probably because the guides were all still busy so we tried to find our slot on our own. The hosts were very friendly and helpful & gave clear instructions. They got us the extra parking slots we needed. The unit was clean and very homey. Only the 2 rooms have air conditioners but the living room gets cool enough if you open the rooms. An electric fan is provided in the living/dining room. Consider an extension cord if you want to get more of the cool air from the rooms going to the living/dining room. Kitchen is complete with the basic things you will need. Refrigerator is just the right size. There is a nice balcony as well to see the city. Overall it is a very homey and relaxing place if you want to chill. Can also enjoy with a small group of friends. Consider bringing your own shampoos and body/wash soap :-)

Miss rose and her husband is very accommodating and friendly. The property looks great, the room is very clean and cozy, we indeed enjoy our stay. Thank you so much, Hosts, we will definitely book again in the future.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment is quiet, well-designed, and has great lighting - especially the LED lights behind the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and relatively clean, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. A few things to keep in mind: Netflix access only worked once, despite being advertised. Some towels were a bit worn, and there were food leftovers from previous guests, which wasn’t ideal. The bedroom has no air conditioning, and the living room AC unit wasn’t enough to cool the whole space, especially at night. Also, when I arrived late at night, there was no drinking water available, which made things difficult after a long trip (even a small drinking water bottle could be helpful). These small issues aside, I enjoyed the stay and would consider coming back. With a few improvements, it could be excellent.

So comfortable staying at their place, super convenient malapit sa mall, food store lahat andon na. We recently had the pleasure of staying at Toshi/Maricar’s condo unit, and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The space is not only clean and well-maintained but also thoughtfully designed to ensure maximum comfort and convenience. The unit is tastefully decorated, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials I needed for our stay. I also appreciated the strong Wi-Fi connection, which made it easy to work and stay connected during my time there. One of the highlights of the unit is its excellent location. It’s conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Maricar was also an exceptional host—very responsive.
